I think hazard is already out the question, M'vila is the guy we need to go for he is just a brilliant player.
If we miss out on M'vila i'd like us to get Montolivo he plays as a deep lying playmaker so could play where Wilshere does and Wilshere can be moved the the Cesc role. Also Shaqiri would be good if we missed out on Hazard.
