Good grief, is that place still standing? They normally knock hotels down when they get that old and rebuild them into palaces.
The Paris, which is next door, was being built last time I stayed at the Flamingo.

Yep Good stuff There lots of little places outside of Vegas Loughlin is one (go thru Searchlight) to the River. Personally I like downtown Vegas better than the strip, but all is changing so rapidly Have a great time and don't let the booze kill ya... Heh heh heh!

Money means nothing in Vegas nothing at all...'cept when you got none...then it's crying time again boo hoo hoo!
Millenium year 2000 I got a week free (for good behaviour and spending oddles of loot) covering Xmas and the millenium new year (at that time rooms were $400 per night Yep at that very same Flamingo.)
No need to go there much now... casinos are everywhere. But everyone should see Vegas once in their lifetime...beats the hell out of NYC!

Also, check out the Las Vegas speedway. For a few hundred dollars you can take a few laps in the supercar of your choice
A bush master combat rifle a burretta pistol and a huge belt fed machine gun.
Awesome fun, and yes I tried the smilie face with the burretta ala lethal weapon.
Not quite Martin Riggs but not a bad effort according to the gun smith who was supervising me.
Looked more like Harry Reddnapp to be honest!
