Don't know that it would work with him, seems the type who would want a say in everything, possibly undermining Warburton.
Think it would work long as there were clear defined roles and rules in place, so he works with the manager as a proper support system and not as a 2nd manager, If the likes of Bayern etc can make this system work with the people they have in place then no reason we couldn't
If we wanted a DoF Advocaat would be good but we have no money right? But what happened to the £10m from 33,000 season ticke sales and what about the report a few weeks ago, denied by an anonymous Ibrox insider but not the Club, that Paul Murray was on £7,500 and John Gilligan £3.5000 per week? Thoughts
Would love to se DA back at Ibrox. But I reckon that's him retired and enjoyin the rest of his days on a beach somewhere
Love the wee General, but no not for me, Warburton is in favour of a DOF but it has to be someone that he sees as good to work with, as tosh says the wee man wanted to retire at the end of last season when he kept the black cats up but the persuaded him to give it one more go, but it didn't happen for him

Gilligan and the CEO confirmed on Friday night that the directors on the board take no renumerations , Celtic bloggers are putting that sh!!t out there , my advice is don't believe a word of it
Although the possible wages Advocaat might want could be a potential hurdle, I would like to think his previous ties to our club could be a persuading factor in him lowering such demands, but hey this is just a hypothetical fun discussion. Who would you guys like in such a position given that Warbs is in favour of one.
Laudrup-
Thanks for reply. You could well be right!! - had not thought of that

Roughly how much would the salary be for a job like that?
Would DA accept it?
No way should Advocaat be considered.
Move forward not back and he wasn't exactly a great success first time was he.
