Don't care he's gone

BBC report said Iain Aire went to Brenda's house and told him to his face, so don't believe all the phone call nonsense.

I'm still in shock, I thought he'd be there entertaining us, and stringing the dappers along, for another season or two

Can I ask a question. Are you as a blue nose not worried that you played one of the worst Liverpool sides ever at home as favourites yet still couldn't win?

The reports were that he was sacked over the phone but asked for a face to face and it was given.

Would a Factime call be face-to-face or over the phone?

Face to screen

If it was done over the phone, then it was wrong, if Ian Ayre (cheif executive of Liverpool Football Club) told him face to face, then it was done right.
Whatever the right or wrongs, at least the club are looking for solutions to avoid any continuous stagnation as a team, and as a club.
Maybe Everton could have a think about that one.

So 25 years of transition and counting is better than giving managers time to build a competitive squad it is then.

Might be worth looking at comparative budgets before you come out with shiite like that

Right then, so in that case, Martinez cannot fail, or be let go for that matter, as he can always argue the point of investment into the squad as a reason for failing to improve things at your club.
Obviously your current owners are happy to stagnate then, or your not an attractive proposition for investment, either way, one club will look to change things, in this case on the management front, whilst the other, your club, can happily plod along with the comfort blanket of having no money, and no investment, to keep them cosy in their stagnation.

Could it be down to your club appointing a duffer of a manager

Employ a terrible manager....Then have to replace them time and time again.
