Mclanelli I agree with what you're saying.
Looking at the wider picture from now to the next couple of years:
Liverpool
Man Utd
Arsenal
Chelsea
Man City
Will replace their manager. Who would be available over the next couple of years?
Ancelotti
Klopp
Guardiola
Therefore if we were to go against those clubs for these three managers we would lose out.
It's right we make the decision now. Harsh on Rodgers, but it really is a results business.

We won't replace Wenger for a long time yet. He has the Arsenal job as long as he wants it and he doesn't have a reason to give it up for. Doesn't have a wife to give his time to like Fergie did, doesn't seem to have health problems. Will be around for longer than most of us expect

Basically as long as his health allows him to continue he will. He still looks fairly healthy to me. After his divorce he doesn't have a wife who he needs to dedicate his time to. He lives and breathes football and Arsenal is very close to him. As much as some of our fans want him gone the truth is the job's his for as long as he wants it.
