The new Mad Max film is utterly excellent. Shame you can't see it on Imax. If ever there was a movie made for the big screen it's that.
Where do you get the time to watch all these films. I swear to god I'm missing a trick here. My working hours are ridiculous.

We've been down this route too haven't we we Robb. Think I remember us having a disagreement about that film.too.

Probably, just out of interest, what movies have you enjoyed this year?
Still haven't really forgiven Matt Damon for Interstellar. I don't think I could watch him dressed as an astronaut again without hating him.

Went to see it on Friday, brilliant film.
My favourite bit was the projects code name being Elrond and then panning to Sean Bean
What's there not to like about Mad Max, a rare occurrence where Hollywood gives a director freedom to create something both incredibly entertaining and unique.
Not too bothered about Martian, Ridley Scott lost it years ago. Tbh I haven't seen much great stuff this year, the standouts being Mad Max, Inside Out, Love & Mercy, Look of Silence.

The Martian is a solid film, i'd give it 4/5.
For anybody that can still follow Shakespeare, Macbeth is a great film, brilliant acting and as a budding cinematographer, absolutely gorgeous to look at.
p.s. Mad Max was awesome

I enjoyed the Martian, good film. Just didn't seem to really grip me as much as Interstellar though
Mad Max for me was a brilliant movie, IMAX was spectacular.
I know movies are the ultimate subject of opinion and there are no right or wrong answers, but if someone is rating Jurassic World and Fast and Furious higher than Mad Max then something is wrong
Going to see Macbeth on Saturday too, looks brilliant.
Mike
This is Real we win we're talking about. Jurassic World was so poor, there was no tension whatsoever and the action was so predictable and boring. To rate SOC 8/10 is weird too, a completely run of the mill biopic where so much info was left out and the racial tensions in LA at the time virtually ignored.
Interstellar was a top movie that really does fak with your mind into thinking could this really happen ect.
1 hour on that particular plant was almost 25 years i think just outside of its space wtf.

I hope you can keep up with the dialogue, a few people walked out of the theatre.
