Oh! Admin 1, you are too good to me
not been able to look at any of the previews for this weekend at all. Nothing sorry MUDD I think Britney has all but given up the fight, been very quiet over the last few races he knew he blew his chance in Singapore of closing any gap IMO. Hopefully the prancing horses can make the end of the season interesting.
didnt realise Sochi only held 55k not much for an F1 circuit really is it ??
Formula 1 - Hamilton critical of Red Bull quit threats
Lewis Hamilton has criticised Red Bull for threatening to quit F1, telling the four-time world champions to work hard to be successful again.
Red Bull has been unhappy at a lack of progress from power units supplier Renault, ending its partnership a year early. With no engine deal in place for next season, owner Dietrich Mateschitz says he will pull out of the sport if he does not secure a competitive power unit by the end of October, but Hamilton says the team is showing the wrong attitude.
"It seems really odd for me having witnessed Red Bull’s success and then the moment they don’t have success they are upset about it,” Hamilton said. “I’ve not seen that with any other team. Growing up watching F1, I never knew of Ferrari losing the championship after success, then complaining the next year.
"Teams need to keep pushing forward. They have no reason to give up - they have great drivers, great pedigree, incredible success and still have a pretty awesome car. All those people that have jobs, getting rid of those people through something that isn’t the ‘biggest thing’ … they can still have success, they just have to work hard at it.”
Mateschitz sets October deadline for Red Bull
With Mercedes able to secure a second consecutive constructors' championship in Russia this weekend, Hamilton says the team's achievements should not be underestimated.
You tell em Lewis
If Horner, Marko, Mateschitz and co think they've got PU problems, they might like to take a little stroll down the pit lane and ask Ron how he's getting on.
Unlike RBR, McLaren are in it for the long haul – and it's looking like it will be a long haul – but at least they aren't threatening to take their ball home every 5 minutes because they've got problems.
As for this weekend, can't see beyond win number 9.
I see Lewis is saying that he might turn his hand to deigning circuits when he retires. Couldn't do worse than the Tilke snoozefests that currently make up half the calendar.
Rumour Mill is that Ferrari have said they will not offer RedBull engines.
Love it
Time for Mercedes to swoop and get Ricciardo and boot out Nico.
Would love to see Ricciardo and Lewis go at it hammer and tongs
Ferrari have reportedly offered engines to Torro Rosso but told RedBull no
Who can blame them. Even when they were winning any time they failed to get pole, didn't win or any other outcome it was Renaults fault. I just hope for the teams sake they don't quit. As Lewis said hundreds of jobs rely on those three.
Should be an interesting qualy session.
Firstly, glad that Sainz is ok after his shunt that ended fp3.
With FP1 being ruined by a diesel spill followed by rain in FP2 and now Sainz bringing out the red flags during FP3 the teams will not have all the data that they need. Hopefully this will mix up the grid a bit and lead to a more exciting race.

Would love Ricciardo in that Mercedes battling with Hamilton
Christian Horner - hahahaha. Even though I don't necessarily agree, it makes a change for someone to use a bit more candid language than all the nicey-nicey PR-friendly rubbish. Made me laugh!

Looking forward to turn 2(?) and the first braking zone. Rosberg will not want to give an inch!

I can see Bottas getting in amongst things and complicating matters! Or at least, I hope so.
The way that the Force India can rocket off the line, I wouldn't discount Hulkenberg mixing it up at the front early on. Ideally, we want two bad Merc starts for plenty of action to then ensure
