Mirror journalist, and Arsenal fan boy John Cross seems suddenly unsure about Klopps credentials.
John Cross comments on Klopp...
Whilst dreaming of Klopp as Arsene Wengers future replacement....
2013: "If Klopp comes to England one day pray its your team!"
After it becomes apparent he about to be the next Liverpool manager.........
2015: "Jurgen Klopp is a big gamble, he didn't reinvent the wheel"
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I have just criticized another poster for laughing at the idea of there being such a thing as good journalist
But John Cross is pretty poor, he can't hide his bias for Arsenal and is very sensationalist in his writings.
It was hilarious when he tried to wum Liverpool fans about Suarez going to Arsenal, sent out a tweet along the lines of I told you so when it looked like he might go, when it fell apart he got torn apart on twitter it was hilarious.

Klopp, he is such a classy guy. Arsenal and Dortmund the 2 best clubs in the world imo with how they repserent football.

Wonder who said this about the new Juan Ramos ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
busted. Although about 3 years ago when everyone was creaming over Klopp and calling for him to replace Arsene I did kinda predict their decline to the letter But being serious I think he will do well at Pool.

he sounds like right juvenile mug
You have to at all the but-hurt fans who are now decrying Klopp as a failure & flop because he is going to Liverpool and not their team.
"It's funny to say that the man is a very good journalist?"
Hilarious yeah, because he's fackin awful. He's an arrogant "German football is better than everything" jouro who likes to pretend he has ins with the big clubs. Utterly clueless
There are plenty of good ones out there, though, including a couple from the ones you mentioned
"arsenal fans seem tobe taking our new potentional manager badly "
Are they? The majority here, including myself, hopes he does well.
The only one who genuinely doesn't is the OP who is a well known WUM.
Tbf Honigstein is a good journo.

Nah totally disagree I think he's very good and his knowledge of German football is great, he's on the football weekly podcast allot and I always think he's one of the best people on that.
Fair enough he's not you cup of tea, apologies for having a pop I thought you were going to say no journalist was good, that's something that really annoys me.
It's subjective of course, different styles appeal to different people.

One sec there's a gooner article about welcoming Klopp to Arsenal.
Here it is :

All the guys on Football Weekly are pretty good. My favourite is Glendinning, simply. because he just doesn't give two s****, but it's always a good listen, even in his absence.

Tbf they are a dying breed. Who wants to read in-depth analysis from people who genuinely understand modern football and have links and communication with clubs, managers and players when you could read about Man U's latest £140m bid for Bale?

I like Glendenning too, and I do enjoy football weekly but the last few months I'm gettign a bit annoyed with it, they try to be too funny too often, with clever word play on names etc.
I did like that element when it was the odd time and usually just Jimbo but they're doing too much of it now and going off on mad tangents about nothing, like recently talking about an octopus as goal keeper or where syphilis came from.
It's only 40 or so mins so would prefer they just talked about football, but they are touring now and even playing at comedy festivals so maybe they're thinking they are funnier then they actuall are!
Having said all that though I will still listen to it twice a week as it is very good.
If you like Podcasts I'd highly recommend second captains, it's from the Irish Times but they do a football specific one and bar international week when they mostly discuss Ireland or the teams in our group thy do a much more in depth review/preview of the premier league and they get loads of great journalists on for interviews including several of the lads of football weekly, but they get more time to talk on it, it's Monday and Thursday like football weekly, check it out.

Klopp managed the only team who Yaya Sanogo scored against for Arsenal, and for that I will love him forever.
Always said he was more of a cheerleader manager than a tactical genius. Was always against him managing Arsenal. Be very interesting to see how he does at the RedScouse.

Yes....cant wait myself, DJ.
Curious to know if and when his "all about motivation" regime working in England.

It wasn't you should know better, he worked under a DOF who's name I can't recall.
Rafa Honigstien siad exactly this this morning and also said Klopp doesn't want full control of a club (he didn't have it at Dortmund) as he likes to concentrate on coaching.
Do you really think he was off scouting Kagawa in the Japanese 2nd division

Klopp has been dramatically overrated as he left a mess at Dortmund.
I can assure you that Klopp's next manager position is at Bayern Munich.
