He looked plenty entertaining against Smith. I don't know we wait for boxers like selby to come along and as soon as they do we get stuck into them.
I like Selby mate......You have to remember though that it's an entertainment business.
If he's going to become mainstream he has to give value for money !!!!!!!......
Smith was several fights ago......
what do you mean by entertaining tho... in the ring, personally i think he is one of the easiest on the eyes we have. Gradovich fight was a bloody joy to watch, very high skill levels in that fight. granted grado was a plodder (a damn good plodder mind you).
I cant wait to watch his next fight, he produces similar performances like he did against Grad in the states then he will do very well over there IMO. Plus he will take on ANYONE.
I think he might even be our P4P best ........
I don't know what you are talking about OP but Selby is already training in the states and trying to create a name for himself there. He is a very good fighter and he has that kind of arrogance about him when he fights. If that was the first time you have seen him then fair enough but in the interviews I've seen of him it was obvious that he could be a very big thing in the sport.
Think it's pretty clear what I'm saying..
But happy for people to disagree..
as i said I think he is possibly the best fighter we have to watch in the ring, perhaps after recent displays Chunky Degale neither fight that sorta orthodox euro/british style. both have good feet, great lateral movement and can punch from different angles. Personally i think both are excellent to watch in the ring. Unless your talking about out the ring, persona, character, personality etc...
Heard he got hit regularly last night...
Maybe Warrington isn't as one sided as I thought..
He won 10 out of 12 rounds.
