I hope we win but I really can't see us getting anything out of this game.
I just hope that we can win at least one of the two home games we have coming up.
Well done Benny. 5*
Team and some surprises: Prince dropped to bench, Casado starts Spearing back in for Mavies Wellington starts this time.
Amos, Wheater, Dervite, Derik, Casado, Spearing, Danns, Pratley, Feeney, Wellington, Madine
Subs: Rachubka, Prince, Vela, Clayton, Davies, Heskey, Dobbie
Wheater and dervite at cb derik rb. Danns and spearing holding and pratley behind madine.
Very quite on here today. Has everyone gone to Burnley to watch the game.
Thanks Benny.
Shame about spearing going off as looked very solid with him sat in front of the back 4 and putting some tackles in. Didn't look happy, calf injury maybe achilles.
If Lennon was hoping to cut down on injuries, it certainly isn't going to plan.
Nothing seems to be going right at the moment.
Bet against you guys today, but kinda hope things start looking up for your team soon.
Bolton easily best team early on. Spearing bossing midfield. One real chance heaton save from danns. Since spearing went off been all burnley. Lost the shape in midfield. Wheater doing well leading the back 4 with some no nonsense defending. Dervite has looked an accident waiting to happen, struggling with grays pace. Casado seems solid at lb overplayed just once I can't see bolton scoring tbh, think its backs to the wall 2nd half hanging on for a draw.
Bad mistake by amos for the goal. Nothing up front at all.
Another bad goal to concede from our own possession. Poor from silva. Good finish from gray. Oh for a striker like that but we ain't got £9 million.
No idea why heskey is on not clayton or dobbie. Too slow and cumbersome.
The question is, do we have £9 to spend? Probably not.
The job's goosed well and truly.
More shots, more possession. Lose again due to mistakes - ring any bells.
Not happy - I work in an office full of Burnley fans.
Armageddon Benny, this is another season confined to the bin by October.
Stone cold rock bottom again.
Results haven't run well and we're bottom on goal difference.
Our home form is now key with the next two at the Macron. Wins need to happen now as there's binning to get a gap between bottom and mid table.
Wheater had the ball cleared off the line late on. All route one at the end. Both goals conceded were gifts but good poaching by a quality striker something bolton do not have. Just weren't the same team after spearing went off, danns and mavies could not do the job spearing had been doing. The old darren pratley was back today, very poor. Casado was one bright spark got a good cross in him. Bottom of the league now but 2 home games and preston away need 7 points from that lot.
I am afraid to say that Armageddon is right. If we were relegated which is very likely we would still be one of the poorest teams financially in League 1.
Firing blanks and leaking at the back it’s a bit unhealthy like the bank balance
Still there are the positives the subs looked good and well turned out while warming up
With the debt as it is, with next to no tv income could bolton survive in league one? There are still players earning very good money that will still be under contract next season, also the macron is an expensive stadium to run. Looking at insolvency here.
Benny don't you know, our Chairman is the best thing since sliced bread! He will have a plan B,C and D. We will look back on his tenure and say wasn't he a good chairman.

Warburtons sliced bread of course they that once occupied that chair knew the bread was to be made outside of football. Their latest move into the vehicle parking business is a cunning one I can see Warbutons click and collect from these car parks dotted around country before long.
That perhaps should act as a timely reminder to the powers that be of the date that little loan is due to be repaid I guess that leaves the new player kitty at a minus 6.5m

As it stands no we couldn't survive league 1 but would there be a buyer at that stage willing to hedge their bets? A similar thing to Southampton for example.
Who knows but it's still early on in the season and we've a decent home record - if that goes wrong then it's time to run up the flag and go full panic.
