Definitely has enough credit in the bank. Needs to buck up though along with the players.
We've won 4 Premiership titles. José has been Manager for 3 of em.
------------------------------
Says it all really. We basically have little history of winning the title without José.
Those who think the grass is greener on the other side need to understand that undeniable fact.
Personally I wouldn't mind if we stopped winning titles as that's not why I support Chelsea. But clearly under the current ownership managers are judged by their ability to win the title and there is nobody better to achieve that aim than Jose.
I concur Noble and Mr Chelsea.
He deserves our support in this dodgy period, and he was wrong to ditch the saxy doc,and blame refs for our woe's,but hey ho,he is also a winner.
Always said I thought we should have held on to guys such as Mata,Lukaku,Schurle, when we do keep Mikel etc,but Jose knows his job better than us.
He needs to calm Costa down as we need him badly, and stop slating players in public.
Learn from SAF on certain matters, and let someone else do the press gig's for a while,as he is talking cobblers too often, and it is a liability, and stick to beat Chelsea.
jose could relegate us and I'd still back him to be the best man to manage Chelsea

I'll reiterate i don't believe he's beyond questioning but he's earned the right to be Chelsea manager in my opinion.
--------------------------------------------------
He's more than earned the right of that title.
It may sound superficial but it is the truth none the less. When we were taken over by Roman in 2003 we'd officially cut our history in half, in 50 years people (our own fans included) will think of us in two separate categories - pre-Roman and post-Roman. Baring this in mind, Abramovich's Chelsea and Jose Mourinho are intrinsically linked - Jose is apart of our culture as a football club now.
He's earned the right to be Chelsea manager in the same way Ferguson earned the right to be Manchester United's manager. While a technically correct statement, it doesn't quite do the individuals involved justice. I've found myself repeating this line constantly on this forum but I can't find different words to spice it up any other way. He's our guy!!! That's it. Simple

Sorry - but there is only one Chelsea Football Club, the one I fell in love with over 50 years ago, which is still the one I love now. Managers, Owners and players will come and go but there will only ever be ONE Chelsea Football Club!
