Costa had him on toast, but he has had every fullback he's faced on toast this season. Bellerin did well in the circumstances.

I give it 2 years before Barce get him back
I'm not claiming his overall performance was great, but tonight was a glimpse of his brilliance and he is young and will only get better. Defensively he struggled (against a quality player) but in the PL he's usually as solid as anyone these days. I feel sorry for Debuchy.

I remember being ridiculed for claiming he is infinitely better than Depoochy

Had to do hard work in the first half with Costa but did brilliantly in the second half.
What? He was getting roasted by Douglas Costa in the first half.
Douglas Costa is an excellent player.
Not sure what your point is to be honest.
We all know he will leave for Barca, it's inevitable.
They need a long term replacement for Alves

Douglas Costa was their main threat tonight and not Lewandowski. I knew we would control Lewan but Costa is a different animal. Bellers had to work hard in the first half but controlled him in the second half where he wasnt as effective for Munich anymore.
Bellerin was excellent. Costa had some moments but his performance has been overrated. Not once did he produce a good enough end product. Great to watch though.
