Hmmmm well I couldn't see anything but in my store it has pre load and to play at midnight. If you go to order it, it says playable date 22/10

Not for me sadly I played 1st one got a little bored of it , bought the 2nd one and got very quickly bored of it ! then I got Unity and couldnt believe how little it had moved forward ... in fact they had actually simplified a few things and it was gliltchy as hell. so I have given up on the franchise.

You picked a bad one to play Delboy.

AC Blackflag is one of the best games I've played. Ive played all the series, but dumped AC3 and Unity as they were both shocking.

Hopefully Syndicate will be closer to BF than Unity!

In all honesty I have 3.5 problems with ac right now and why I won't buy it and wait for a price drop: Fallout 4, MGS, Witcher and Bloodborne

Agree with serial blackflag is great

yeah i never played Black flag think it just came at the wrong time for me, i played a bit of brotherhood (was that the 3rd one?) and thought it was just the same thing AGAIN !

IU obv heard peeps saying BF was good but to be honest i just assumed it was the usual fanboy armies bumping their gums .... sounds like i shoulda given it a bash

The fact you can prob find it for a tenner or so makes it very tempting. I wont lie there is a lot of the previous games but ship management and battles as well as the slightly different locale make it very enjoyable and like most, the most fun i have had with an ac game since 2/2.5

Thought 1 was alright, 2 really good, then the rest have been dross.

So much potential in these games but just find them incredibly boring. Long, uninteresting storylines, constant cut scenes, takes ages to get to any good missions, not challenging

I'm a massive Assassins Creed fan however id agree there are some titles that are quite boring, Assassins Creed 1 was boring looking back but at the time it was something different and exciting.

Assassins Creed 2 was the best in my opinion, the storyline was phenomenal and 15th century Venice was a good setting too.

I'd agree Unity and AC3 haven't covered the series in glory but this game has no multiplayer and focus 100% on the story campaign with 2 playable characters, It's also a bonus for me that it's set in London as I live here.

Despte some rubbish aspects like eavesdropping and the fact it got very samey quickly I liked the first AC.

As Zouma says at the time it was different and exciting and looked better than anything else had up to that point. Also having a very religious upbring meant that a lot of it made sense and I had some understanding of it.

Not the assassin bit though, they never taught that in RS classes

AC2 was brilliant, still one of my favourite PS3 titles. Brotherhood was much of the same excelt with additonal characters to watch out for which strangely made it worse. Revelations was OK and tied up the Ezio story.

3 was terrible which put me off the series.

I have friend who loves it, I wouldn't be surprised if he has taken Friday off play it all day and he constantly raved about Black Flag but 3 plus a lack of time meant I never got to it.

The Victorian London setting is very appealing to me so this may be the one that draws me back but as mentioned above I will probably wait for the price to drop

As above this is my biggest draw back to the series, looks really good, here's hoping for fully skinned models and a good launch cos ubisoft mess this one up after all they have promised........

I'm seriously considering finishing off mgs v and trading it in for ac:s, this looks exactly what I am after. So very solid reviews so far!

The Map isn't as big as they'd make you believe, from the tops of buildings it looks huge but a lot of the buildings are reachable as they are out of bounds. The streets just seem wider.

Been playing it yesterday and today and Forbes seems about right.

A good game but nothing particularly creative or revolutionary and I'm already not really fussed when I play it again.

So glitchy, too. Put about 6-7 hours in so far and encountered 4 different glitches.

Yeah not sure what that progression meter is showing. I've only done 4-5 main missions, one side mission, and one other borough aside from the one you do as part of the story and I'm apparantly 15% done, can't be right
