No offence to Kane who has been running his arris off, but if we'd had Jurgen up top all season I think we'd be right in the mix.
I wouldn't say no to a peak Robbie Keane, VDV or Ginola tho.
Gareth Bale did pretty well for you lot, as did Modric
Bale, Modric, Berbatov, Sheringham,Ginola,King,Klinsmann,Carrick,peak VDV.
Is that asking for too much?
From my generation:
1st > Modric
2nd> Bale
3rd> Berbatov
I agree Klinsmann, what a legend he was him and Kane together would make us a perennial top four side.
If not Klinsmann i would have Bale back. Son Eriksen and Bale behind Kane what a trio that would be.
Sol, but only so I could despise him more often.
