Not his biggest fan, but Lallana was our MOTM IMO
Every single thing we created came through him.

Sakho is a beast though..

We kept giving him the ball and playing through him but what did he actually create?

I'm not Lallanas biggest fan but he was hardly spoilt for choice when it came to strikers putting themselves in good positions to score.

I'd like to see him get a few games while Benteke and Studge are both fit, presuming that ever happens of course.

I'd keep him as a squad player but I can't see him being anything more than that long term.

He shouldn't be starting if we have a fully fit squad to choose from. He's a good option off the bench though

Agree with that, personally I think Firmino will suit Klopps game plan more.

Haven't really seen anything from firmino to suggest he'll be a starter.

Thought Lallana was fine but didn't have much to work with

Still waiting to see any signs of a good footballer in Origi.
Can see Firmino getting good hopefully

lallana actually looked a better player with the fast paced game, when hes not over thinking it, he isnt overplaying it,

Coutinho looks awful, no chance barca will want him

think we are struggling with divock up top, doesnt make goalscorers runs at all. when coutinho won the ball high up he should have driven between the defenders, instead he went the other side of one, which completely fecked coutinhos play up, get studge on the pitch, thats a goal.

Also when Clyne got in behind, origi positioned himself behind a CB and waited for the ball. No strikers instinct there, can that be taught?

every first touch for origi also took him away from goal, and were generally heavy, hes a very raw kid, and we are somewhat forced in to playing him currently, but i thought both firmino and benteke looked better options when they came on.

Milner i thought was average again, Can was decent, sakho was a beast and possibly the best game lallana has had in a liverpool shirt.

Origi is only 20 and playing in a new league for the first time for a club in upheaval that has changed managers less than 2 months after he had joined. I certainly get the impression that people will not be as patient with him as they have been with others. Personally I like what I have seen from him so far even though I missed last night's match. If he develops properly I don't see why he can't be like Sturridge in a few years.
