Not sure how we would get a bigger fee with a release clause added.

There won't be a release clause added, we avoid having them.
The only time we have had one was with Fellaini as he ran his contract down and had us over a barrel. Even then it had many sub clauses such as expiring in July which is why we got more for him than the original clause stipulated
