Not even sure who'll be picking the team

Byrne hobbling off, Edwards struggling at the end, Hause stretchered off, E-Landell out, Stearman sold, Coady looking like he was lucky to stay on. Selection should be easy this week

I think I'll hold off on my team prediction until Friday. I have another prediction; that Kenny will be dipping into the loan market this week. I have no idea who is available but we need 2 centre backs, 1 left back who can play on the right if required, 1 left winger, 1 midfield playmaker and 1 striker.

And Kenny if you read this please, please, please get some experienced prem players who are not able to make their first team squad and need some playing time. Enough with the academy wannabes and the lower league hopefuls!

Might be easier just to take some Prem team's 2nd 11 on loan. At least they'll know each other

Players like Ameobi who was not deemed good enough for us but has signed for Bolton and surprise, surprise scored today.
Players like Middlesborough's Stuart Downing, Albert Adomah and David Nugent.
Player like Derby's Chris Martin, Andreas Weimann and Darren bent.

These are experienced professionals Kenny. The type of players that win you games. Or of course you can buy players like Wallace, Byrne, Coady, Rowe, saville and Enobakhari who no-one has ever heard of and for good reason!

Joey Barton was outstanding today for Burnley.

Ameobi is 34 and is way past it. Who cares if he scored today he ain't worth a place in our team.

We can't compete with his calibre of wages Peggy love

Do you know anybody in Stevie Gerard's family that might be able to put a word in for us ?

You are a Liverpool fan right ?

To be fair Coady looked better as a centre back than he has looked in midfield

That's worrying DJ yes ?

Might just have stumbled on some luck.

Coady might turn out to be a good CB and at the same time we get to see kmac and price back together.

Also Kenny actually played Edwards in the only position he is worthwhile in so there is that as well.

Now if he could figure out the left and right side and stick with it we may even find some form a few games from now.

Byrne showed promise so it seems, so I imagine he will be dropped for Wallace who will show promise in the next game, before being dropped for ojo, who will show glimpses before being dropped for rvlp who will show zero promise.

Sherwood sacked by Villa. Available to replace Jackett.

posted on 25/10/15

No thanks.

posted on 25/10/15

If we were to sack Kenny now we would be competing with Ipswich for a new manager, and their owner will throw more money at the problem than ours.

posted on 25/10/15

Just swap managers with Ipswich. No money needs to change hands and job done. Simples!

No thank you.

No point bringing in a manager we already know will ultimately fail, unless you are suggesting we sack him as soon as we gain promotion?

I could go along with that.

As someone who backed Solbakken, Saunders and Jackett, you view is about as valid as Stephen Hawking's attempt to win the Chicago moonwalk championship.

Jackett fully deserved backing.

It is only this season it has gone to shat and i am not so convinced.

So basically about as logical as anyone could possibly be

Quite like that Cinci, but, as usual the difficult choice is RM. Pick one of 4 from the hat, they've all had brief OK spells and long sh te spells

posted on 25/10/15

Yeah, i dunno Wulfrun.

I like Henry but feel that we lack pace in a big way, especially without Iorfa on that side.

Same on the left really, just pick one out the hat, none have had long enough to make the position their own.

As for Edwards, at least he seems to give a feck so should start whilst we figure out what the feck is going on with this lot.

spot on. Managers who have tried and failed are far superior to a guy who's won this league outright not once, but twice. Still, Cinci used to play the game, so maybe he isn't as stupid as he comes across.

Awh bless, all the way out in Manila and the only comments you have made have either involved Mick or me #obsessed

You invite it, Cinci. You ridicule a guy who got us up, and kept us up, and who's still doing better, as I see their draw away from home moved them another point further above us. And as Cup points out, you praise failures who haven't come close to such a record. I DO understand how you don't want to be seen as losing face, but even you must see how your support for the failures, and disdain for the successful, comes across. It is quite bizarre.
