My view after the game

Buck stops with the manager. Like it or not. The manager will ultimately be responsible for the results. You can't sack a squad of 24 but you can sack a manager. We're playing sht football and losing now. Last year we were playing sht and winning. This is Jose's team so he has had full control over the team. Even if he didn't get exactly who he wanted this season, does that account for what's been served up this season? He's lost it and the players don't give a fack anymore.

It really isn't Mourinho's fault though. He can't help it if the players aren't playing at the level they should be.

Man management is the biggest part of the job nowadays
His has been appalling
You need Brendan

Yes it is his fault. He is responsible for the players and the results. It really is that simple. If he lost the dressing room then that is his own doing.

What's Mourinho supposed to do? He can't control the players playing poorly and it's not like he has a lot of options on the bench to bring in. He deserves another summer to sort the squad out I think. This season's a write off.

So whats he's done with the squad in 3 years if he doesn't have a lot of options to bring on? He's sold talent and kept dross on. He rebuffed an offer from juventus for ramires yet saw fit to sell mata and kdb

posted on 24/10/15

Brendan Rodgers would have you playing exciting, attacking football and you'd be winning regularly

posted on 24/10/15

I agree with that, selling Mata and KDB were bad decisions, but there's nothing he can do about that now. He messed up last summer's transfer window, but definitely deserves another summer to sort the squad out.

On top of all this, he's been acting like an utter bełlend this season. It's embarrassing seeing Chelsea fans stick up for what he says and does. We're not scousers. Let's call a spade a spade here. It really is no wonder he's lost the dressing room

If we sack him we'll regret it. He's the best manager in the world and if we give him a chance to fix this mess he will. There is not a manager we could replace him with who'd be an upgrade on him.

posted on 24/10/15

Mata, he managed to get himself sent off today after saying he doesn't want to give the media anymore headlines. He just can't help himself.

I don't know anymore honestly mate

posted on 24/10/15

Who can we get in though?

Our team has no plan B. We just turn up and do the same shlt and lose. Last year we scraped wins out of these performances....

Not anymore

posted on 24/10/15

He's always done stuff like this though, it's just it never mattered when we were winning. After Mourinho left the club in 2007, we kept trying and failing to replace him, but we never could until we finally got him back. Why, after all that, should we sack him again?

posted on 24/10/15

Ancelotti is the obvious to hit the ground running and the team certainly wanted to play for him but would he work for Roman again?

posted on 24/10/15

Ronny. Our team has no plan b because of Mourinho. He has moulded this team into what it is today. Defensive solidity in place of fluid attacking
Now we don't even have the solidity..
I really can't see who else is to blame for the sht football apart from Mourinho
If he just came in, in the summer, I wouldn't blame him. He's been here 3 years though and bought players he wanted and sold ones he didn't like. This team is his now and he's responsible for the football.

I think the Eva fiasco was more damaging than people have actually given credit.

Yes, he behaved appallingly to both her and Fearn but from what I've heard, Eva was well liked by the players and treating her the way he did was extremely classless.

If I was a Chelsea player, I would've definitely lost a lot of respect for him after that. And when you no longer respect someone it becomes a lot less appealing to run through brick walls for them and push yourself to the limit (eg. the second half of last season).

This disinterested attitude of the players is almost certainly a result of Mourinho's actions so far this season. So when you start criticising them you have to also consider what the root causes of their behaviour actually are...

This is part of the reason I don't really want him to go.

The reality of the situation is that he sold talented players like Mata and KdB - if he leaves now it would've all been a waste. Winning a single prem title is not worth losing a generation of top, creative attacking talent (funnily enough KdB's potency and decisiveness in the final third would come in handy for our team right now).

It's over. You guys are mid table mediocrity at best now. Plain truth of the matter is your not very LIKED or RESPECTED by the real SUPER clubs of European and World football.

You'll never be as big as the likes of Bayern, Milan, Real, Barca, United, Pool, Arsenal etc etc.

Small little West London Club that had the Cheque Book effect.

He shouldn't go. He should finish what he's started here. But how can he rescue it? Is he even going about it the right way?

posted on 24/10/15

Also, what I don't understand is the amount of players you have sent out on loan trying to stifled their progress.
What's with that silly mandate on your club????

posted on 24/10/15

He can't do anything to rescue it now and you can't blame him for the results now because no one could have seen what's happened this season coming. He needs to have next summer to sort the squad out and we should write this season off.

Mata

Sort the squad? Mate, he's not taking over a disjointed old imbalanced team. This is his frigging team

posted on 24/10/15

jose needs to go. u can call me plastic fan but I don't really care.
back in 2013 we had some amaing squad to our disposal. mata, KDB, salah, Bertrand etc. we had a team for next 5 years, we shouldn't talk about cuadrado, pedro or luiz form atletcio Madrid or another waste of 18 mil for LB this season, jose job was only to to get best out of everyone whch he fail. he is too controversial, Chelsea is a big brand and we can afford such a horrendous PR as we have righ now, he always looking someone else to blame, one day is the ref, next day pitch or medizal staff, enouf is enough. I truly believe if he doesn't win next two games he is off. he can only blame his self and tbh he have a problem to find a job. not a top 5 club in the world would want someone like jose.i can see arsenal or BM go for jose. maybe PSG but then gain why theu would go for jose when they play some lovely footy at the moment, he is killing Chelsea and football.the sooner he goes the better.

posted on 24/10/15

Yeah, this is his team, but even so, there's no way he could have seen what's happened this season coming. That's why I don't think you can blame him that much and he needs the chance to fix this.
