From reports Di Canio tried to intervine with an altercation with his Fitness Coach and Leon Clarke and got Clarke down the tunnell before Clarke flipped.

Need to get facts right before stupid articles.

If what is said is right and Di Canio whacked him then I want him gone

He's certainly not as crazy as other managers you've had, like the disabled-hating Jesus-freak Mr. Glenn Hoddle....

Stfc, it's you that's got it wrong, di canio is the one that's starts the fight and it looks like he completely lost it.

Watch the beginning of the clip Di Canio trys to put his arm around hime but gets pushed him off then pulled his shirt in hardly an agressive way - in the dugout all I can see Clarke puts his head down and seems to start it, im no way defending Di Canio because if he has punched him thats disgraceful and hopes he quickly gets the boot.

It's actually the boy Clarke that is the crazy one here.

He threw a tantrum. He ended up sitting on his own on the pitch after getting told to calm down. The chairman had to go onto the pitch and get him into the changing room.

Boy looks like a headcase.

Not defending Di Canio btw. Just saying he wasn't at fault this time.
For the record, Di Canio is a very nasty wee man.

But he wasn't at fault here. People just like to jump on the bandwagon. It happens to certain people, Lennon, Ricksen, Novo - just a few examples.

Whoever started it, unless it is sorted, it hardly makes for a united club & doesn't bode well for the future.
We have already had a lousy start without a settled side, this sort of thing won't help to make them more settled.

Handbags, we all know the media will blow the incident out of proportion but these sorts of events are not going to help us start winning games. Clarke was obviously annoyed straight after the final whistle but should of waited to the changing rooms before expressing his over the top views. Us Swindon fans wouldn't expect anything less than a bit of stick this morning, what's new !

Successful managers have fights with players all the time.

Martin' O'Neill used to regularly come to blows with Garry Parker and Steve Walsh at Leicester apparently

One good thing about the whole episode, is that it gives us few a chance to discuss it. I thought that the site was almost dead, but will give it another chance.
