A question...
1) Why would Jose deliberately want to be fired thereby risking his entire reputation. No one would ever hire him if that were true. He would join Sepp Blatter in pariah land. SB is 80+ JM is 52. He still has 15-20 years to go to extend his legendary status.
Would he really want to outcast himself?

i dont i want him to be given the chance to turn things round,

you not sick and tired of same process every time we go though a bad spell,

when is it gonna end without giving a manager the chance to improve,

you talk as if Jose is a Novice and clueless

really sorry you have to ask such a daft question,

if anyone has lost it it's Mons, his inability to handle bad spells and search for greener pastures when things go wrong has been proven

Honestly only a really stupid fan would want Jose gone now, you'll end up with Herry Redknapp for the rest of the season then be right back to square one in the summer looking for a new manager, have a large squad he doesn't want, total rebuild required and you'll have to be allot more patient then you currently have to be with Jose, something this Mons lass clearly isn't.

Who get the job if Jose if sacked this weekend? Who is 1. Available 2. Better then Jose 3. Willing to risk working for a club who have a very bad track record of manager loyalty.

Well it would be rather boring if we all thought alike, but this stance is truly a strange one.The man seems to really believe in his theory, but not surprisingly very few takers.

so he takes the 30mil and retires right, cause who would take him on???

do yourself a favour watch the 2004-5 dvd and you shall feel much better, rather than letting your inability to handle bad spells ruin your judgement

Jose Mourinho is the best manager we've ever had and ever will have at the his club.

Sacking him would be a huge mistake that we would undoubtedly hugely come to regret in the future.
