Loved the first Oasis album, second one was massively overproduced after that I gave up on them.

Production on that album was very bad but I like that album regardless. Suffered from the loudness war crap, same as Californication, Death Magnetic and so many Rick Rubin produced albums.

Just fecking devastated! One of my favorite guitarists passed away today. Dude from Polish progressive rock band Riverside. Dude played with real soul, still can't believe we've heard the last of his solos.

Interested in what you guys think of the whole Kesha situation. Yes I know, DREADFUL music but from a musical POV I find it interesting. Is the judge right to deny her her wish to tear her contract with Sony?

Thing is Forza here the contract is almost secondary here, the main issue here is the rape allegations which cannot be proven to be true. She actually said under oath a few years ago the guy never made any advances to him. If the judge grants her her wish
1. He effectively agrees rape took place and a man's rep is destroyed in the media for allegations that cannot be proven
2. Sets a horrible precedent where unproven allegations for rape can be grounds for tearing up contracts in the future. Someone can just say I was assaulted and get out of a contract.

I don't think the judge could come up with any other decision

It's extremely difficult though and I say that when I can refer to myself as a fighter for women's rights.

Totally agree with all that. judges can't really start cancelling contracts based on allegations can they? If she's telling the truth it .makes the whole thing just tragic really.
