The RDBD, at the medical in summer 1988 for his employer, was 8st 7. The next time I got on the scales was about 1991, and I was 10st.

In his childhood, the RDBD was able to get his arm thru the letterboxes of the doors in his maisonette block, and unlatch the lock from the other side.
