Milk the t11tty, before it flaps.
I guess studios have to spend the development time, which for that sort of skill set is hefty (and warranted) salaries to make the product.
And given the price of ps4/xbox1's although not super high (depending on your income) are still substantial, so there's still a big market out there for the big titles.

They will price them at a point to entice people to upgrade to the next generation.
I have both a ps4 and a one and I'd still be happy with the last generation consoles though given most games come out on them. The graphics increase hasn't been worth the investment yet for me, I'm an early adopter though.
you'll probably find that more people still have the 360 than the one, so the market is still going to be there for the games.
