Good to see the name of Aston Martin in F1, although despite their successes at Le Mans, they don't have a happy history with single seaters.
The front engined DBR4/5 which they ran in 1959 and 60, with Roy Salvadori and Carol Shelby driving was a lovely looking car, but overweight, underpowered and unreliable. By the time they sorted those problems out, the engine was in the wrong place.
As this is a rebranding exercise, history doesn't really count for much.
Shame they won't run the original colour, which was a silver-green.

Can't say much else to that. I love Aston Martin, seeing them on the F1 grid is a dream come true for me.
