I think it devalues the meaning of the poppy if people are forced to wear one. The fact that some chose not to wear it shouldn't be highlighted. The fact that there was a choice and most chose to wear a poppy should be what is talked about.
Haven't see the kit but I understood most PL sides have the shirt leading up to Remembrance Day designed with a poppy on them to mitigate any potential issues?
Surely our rememberence match will be Watford?
If Ulloa has an issue over wearing a poppy perhaps he has overlooked the fact that there was a squadron of Argentinian pilots who supported the RAF in World War 2.
"Lest we forget" indeed Nev......
But Lest We Forget that those sacrifices played a part in our country being one where we are all " allowed" to have an opinion on everything ( wearing a poppy included)
If certain players choose not to wear a poppy that is their choice, we are not in a dictatorship where all players are forced to conform. I for one will be at the Loughborough Rememberance Parade this year as I am every year, but I fully accept people's choices not to wear the poppy.
" We will remember them"
All Leicester players wore a poppy in the first half including Ulloa. At HT several players changed their shirt as is normal and the replacement shirts did not have the poppy on. No story here.
Notwithstanding this, if some players had chosen not to wear one (like McClean of WBA) then I would respect that decision.
FFS - I'd heard similar, but I wasn't sure whether it was just an suggested explanation until now that you've confirmed it. Thanks for that.
ok lets move on nothing to see then
Just re watched Motd and huth, ulloa, Simpson and kante all had poppyless shirts in the 2nd half.
Just putting that out there.

I don't have an issue with McLean not wearing one and I can fully understand and respect his opinion.
Nev why did you delete glorys comment? Reasonable question I thought
I saw Glory's comment BlackS. Perhaps Nev is preventing outsiders climbing on board and making a big issue out of it. Blown out of proportion and all that.
Thats right i asked the question got the answer nothing to see a none event.
He is a Leicester fan but fair enough
Becoming like wikipedia then is it. I see.
I know Glory is a City fan BS. I was talking about those outside this club.

For what it's worth everyone, don't look at that site. Trust me - Not safe for work.
I work for myself so will check it out.
Glory - Sorry, just a joke. I have no idea whether such a site exists or not. I just thought the idea of it sounded incredibly... well, NSFW.
Yeah whatever Dunge, we all know it's on your favourites bar
