We beat them 2.1 at the Deepdale but it wasn't easy they are a very physical side..... So if I was your manager I would rest some of your key players for Friday. Because after all we don't want any excuses from you lot about injuries

Rest some WHAT players Wassa? Key players?

View i'm talking about the vulnerable Jamie Ward also Andy Reid

I think that Ward will be rested tomorrow night, reading between the lines of Doug's statement.

Why are you sheep on the Preston North End Official Match Thread?

Sheep posters are akin to death and taxation.

I hate this game.

We always lose against the team that has never won all season.

Have to win tomorrow, purely so we have a tinge of optimism going into Friday.

He's certainly small enough to fit in!

If Cyrus lives over in Derby, the only thing his hand will be doing in his pocket will be peeling an Orange!

WTF IS Cyrus Christie, MrBaseball Ground?

"I would rest some of your key players for Friday"

Your interest in football may revolve around your rivals mainly, but there is a bigger picture for those who aren't in a similar mentality. We're not having a great season (understatement), there are three points up for grabs in both games with PNE on paper being the easier game. Although we know it doesn't work like that, see the game against Bristol as a reference.

Right, I'll get this out of the way as no-one else has done the honours yet. Garner is bound to score tonight

Good player, Garner. Always liked him.

I agree, always had the tendency to accidentally encourage himself to be booked. We used to often make predictions how long it would take

Comes on as sub, someone tackles him and he starts going mad at the referee then kicks someone less than a minute later

Scored a great goal at Southampton afterwards and if I recall right, our manager did suggest he wasn't the brightest spark then

posted on 3/11/15

OK then, if he starts what is the prediction and who will the conflict be with? I'm going to say 15 mins and Vaughan

Vaughan wont be playing. Mills?

OK, I assume he has reached 5 yellows then

yep - "David Vaughan will be absent from the Forest squad as he serves a one-match ban after picking up five yellow cards and Freedman says he is expecting to make changes from Saturday’s defeat at Sheffield Wednesday"

Not really what we needed with a number out already, hopefully Osborn is fit enough for 90 mins

I like it where it says "and Freedman says he is expecting to make changes from Saturday’s defeat at Sheffield Wednesday".

I should hope he bloody well is if we have ineligible players!!

Just remembered, these guys have that Stevie May

The only two players to have scored in about the last month are Paul Gallagher [2] and Daniel Johnson [1] in their 0-3 away win at Charlton on the 20th October. Before that Alan Browne got a consolation goal in their 3-1 defeat to the Wendies on Oct' 3rd.

Gallagher takes free kicks and scores from em' some thing I hope we have taken note of!

Apart from that they're in a even bigger mess than we are. Tonight presents a golden opportunity to stick one over Grayson who has form with Forest. After getting Chris Cohen sent off for a full blooded, but fair challenge, while he was mismanaging the Dirties.
