Ashley is a monetary bully ! He is a billionaire, has much more money than anyone associated with the club and will pursue all routes to get his own way. Morally he is devoid and he must know that the average punter will be asking what is in these contracts, problem is he cares not a jot for the supporters of any club in which he has involvement . As far as i could see the interview was general not contract specific, King is no fool though and will have sought guidance before speaking.

It's no different from you saying that the no pay back date is a red herring and he could call it in at anytime

Going by what's in the paper, Dave King has made general comments so I would be doubtful that he has committed a breach. I doubt if anyone here knows for sure though.
