Fawaz should get on his knee's and beg Pearson to take over. Failing that get Nigel, this bloke we got forget it he's as good a Manager for us as the goalscorer he wasn't for us

Pearson is the obvious choice but it will neverh happen.

As i said the hype always leads to disappointment.

Just accept it will be Clough and hope for the best.

Or maybe Fawaz will go crazy and get MON in and Robertson as Asssitant.

Then Pearce in as an ambassador/ another role and a load of other Forest players to help the club. For example Collymore teaching the players how to score with Robertson.

We've had fans get annoyed with things before only for the owner to react and try to placate fans in some sort of quick fix way. It would be nice if the penny could drop, we could build a structure behind the scenes that means that even if the manager changes to the whole outlook of the club doesn't. This means that a number of the support cast aren't recruited by the manager but are part of the club and the manager recruited on their fit to that, players/coaches similar.

We need a CEO as well, someone knowledgeable who is allowed to do their job and run things day to day, probably bin off the Fawaz associates in there if they aren't able to conform to the ideas of the CEO or how a club should be run to promote sustainability, progress and a proven way of doing things when you haven't got the budget or the clout of a modern day big club.

Maybe we have to go to absolute crap for that to happen, even admin. The problem is that could go various ways and I can understand why fans are fearful of turning their back on someone who is enthusiastic and spends millions. Didn't David Platt do that though (although not his money)?
