So nobody else is interested in knowing how it happened? Ok but I pay my taxes, and invoke the freedom of information act, so this is a freedom if information request.

He probably put the names in an online randomiser or someshit. Who cares though?

I'm fairly sure the FOIA doesn't apply to cases like this. At the very least because Blarmy isn't a public authority. Request denied

Last year if i hadnt stuck to my own rules and counted the votes after the deadline than Mamba would have been in the group stages. He wasnt so he didnt complain about any of this last year (when the nominations were done in exactly the same fashion).
Now this year he is in the group stages on merit and he is complaining.
*Plus i banned him from a couple of threads a while back and he wont quit being a bi tch about it so that might not be helping

That's actually a pretty good point but there are authorities that establish jurisdiction of the foia over private bodies performing similar functions as those of a public body. Undertaking any form of elective process puts said process under the ambit of the act. In any case, the Respondent himself has failed to enter appearance and therefore judgment in default has been entered against him.
