how did Liverpool get on to-night

Good performance until the last 15 when we got leggy and made some bad decisions.

Klopp reacted well with the Lucas sub.

All in all very positive.

We look like a team again, individuals are playing a lot better with more confidence and we know there is still LOADS more to come too if we had our first team fully fit for a while (big if I know).

Another tough test on Sunday after this longish flight and us being quite short on numbers. We will surely tire in the 2nd half again so need to start fast and try to put Palace to bed early.

Don't think we would have seen that out under Rodgers.

I love the place!

First went with my mate April 2005, took my mum and dad in December 2005 just before Christmas. Myself and the wife first went on holiday there for her birthday in March 2006 and the after 2 weeks in Mexico on our honeymoon in November 2010 we stopped off on the way home for a week in December with our eldest who was one. Then went again with the wife for her birthday in March 2013 and next week it's our 5th wedding anniversary and we are going again for 5 nights!

Good game tonight apart from the finishing.

Fortunately we don't need to score again to get through to the KO stages, two nil nil draws and we're through.
