Kane is the type of goal a striker would prefer to score whereas dembele goal was a strike a midfielder would prefer to score.
Kane's was instinctive and great placement which is what you look for in a striker
Dembele's was all about vision and power from outside the area which is what you want from a midfielder
Loved Kane's goal, but it's not better than Dembele's in terms of importance or quality, IMO.
Nah Dembele's was harder to score
Dembele has got his laces through it and it's ended up in the top corner. That's not to do him a disservice btw.
Kane knew where the goal was, where the defender was, where the keeper was and hit it on the turn with no back lift into the side netting having started with his back to goal - a more difficult skill.
Dembele was more pleasing on the eye.
Kane's was lovely too it reminded me of
the Kane of last season.
Both great goals, Kane ran onto his and struck the ball beautifully, Dembele hit is with such precision and power. Difficult to choose really.
Technically Kane's was better, but Dembele's was an absolute screamer
Kane's was a good goal but nothing out of the ordinary really. Just a powerful first time finish
Dembele's was further out and with his weak foot
I understand your point, Dembeles was more of a 'hit and hope' so to speak. Whereas Kane's was a classic forward move, everything was intended and executed to perfection.
It's like Pelle's insane overhead last season, incredible goal, but I highly doubt he intended that first touch to set himself up.

Fair point about it being on Dembele's weaker foot, but disagree about Kanes goal being ordinary
The ball from Eriksen was perfect, Kane's technique on the turn was superb. There aren't many strikers with the ability to put it away like that first time

These are exactly my reasons. Kane isn't even facing goal, but has the composure to simply allow the ball to run despite a defender closing him down before finding the bottom far corner out of the keepers reach. It's superb forward play and so difficult to do due to the high level of technique required. I don't think many in the Premier League could do that.
Mousa's hit his strike fantastically (and on his weaker foot) but we see strikes like that week in, week out in the Premier League.

I'd have to disagree. Facing goal, time to shape the shot due to the lovely weight pass from Son and put his foot through it. It's a wonderful goal, particularly in the context of where the game was heading but I would be more likely to score that goal with my weaker foot than Kane's with my stronger
It's the over the shoulder bit that is technically hard especially then cutting across it. To then get no back lift coupled with the accuracy......
Shades of Fowler.
