Hope this is just the start of Joel Campbell's career at Arsenal. Ox and Ramsey can't be used on the right all season.

Was pretty anonymous in the second half, tbf. But he has not had a lot of 90 minutes this season.

He was decent. Only Zagreb though so wouldn't take much note.

ozil and sanchez need to keep up the level of tonight - they were class

But it’s Joel Campbell taking a stand for something that means something. And it’s for the fighters who are up and coming. It’s sort of the same stance Martin Luther King and Malcolm X made, so Arsenal players could have freedoms, so everybody could tell the world that they are equal. The only thing I’m saying is that World class players breeded from Costa Rica are equal. So if you’re not on nothing and I’m not on nothing, then JC steups up to take the test. That’s all I’m saying.

He's played 2 good games for us Swansea and Zagreb.
1 average game vs Spurs
1 Poor game vs Bayern whole team was tbf.

I'd say he's showing some glimpses of talent and the run of games has been great for him.

He's been better than the Ox though but that wasn't hard though.

Banter when Ox walks back into the team this weekend and Joel fanboys go into meltdown

Zagreb were very poor, highlighting how much of a disaster the first game was.

Amazing what a little 'enhancement' can do

Tbh he will walk back into the team but I'm not bothered as he will be walking off 45 mins after getting injured again.

No chance of that.
More likely Ramsey will start on the right, with Flamini and Cazorla regaining their positions.

Campbell been like an angel for Arsenal

Campbell's our only left footed winger and looks less direct, more skillful than our other wide players, for a back up winger he is pretty good and maybe he can do a Coq, at the moment he looks like he has a solid all round game without having any stand out qualities.

Tbf, it is only Norwich on Sunday, then only Sunderland, Olympiakos and Villa after that.

If he plays, and if he plays as well as tonight, we should be okay up to the run up to Christmas.

Joel Campbell had a very good game tonight. Needs to continue like that.

Always showed he was a handy when in Spain, always a question with players like him whether they are capable of turning it up a level at a bigger club. This spell could be a make-or-break moment for his Arsenal career.

All of those teams are better than Zagreb. Tbh don't think he was anything special. He started the game very well then faded after 15 mins. He did come up with an excellent assist for the 3rd goal though. I have yet to see a performance from him that suggests he will make it at Arsenal.

Let's hope Arsenal lose then for the benefit of the team

Thought Campbell broke down quite a few moves with his lack of quality. He is a decent player but I think he should move on.

Fack me, if you thought JC broke down a few moves you must have been absolutely raging about Alexis.

Not really. Sanchez plays and always will play in his own bubble. When we play at speed Joel sometimes looks lost and kicks it aimlessly. Quality assist from him all the same. There's no chance Joel will ever push for a starting berth.

Joel created more chances, had a higher pass success rate from more pass attempts, was dispossessed once to Alexis 8 times.
Not sure where you are getting this aimless kicking from last nights performance. He rarely lost possession.

Yes, we can excuse Alexis for losing the ball so often because we know the class he has will make something happen.
But let's not criticise another player for losing the ball far less than Alexis while playing in a similar role.

Seems you have a pre conceived opinion and despite what actually happened you are refusing to budge from your stance.

So Sanchez gets a free pass because he's Sanchez but Campbell who played as well gets slated?
