I would prefer the option for the captain who loses the toss to be able to make maximum of 2 changes to his side.
This is a ridiculous idea.
The toss plays a big part in some conditions.. not in others..I don't think its much of an issue though.. teams have to deal with batting or bowling first... its always been that way.. why change it..
I think they are trying to prevent the home team having too much of an advantage by preparing specific types of wickets. It's always 50:50 anyway with the toss that they don't actually get what they want.
