We got Ramsey and Ox back but lost Gibbs, Sanchez and koscielny.
We just can't sustain any challenge with that amount of injuries.
Wenger has been washed up as a manager for a few seasons now
Yes, it's delusion.
Norwich
The problem is we don't have back-ups who can do the same job. Thus the whole system changes when we miss Coquelin and Walcott.
Can't speak for the other games but we were probably better in the first half than the second vs you lot, despite not scoring.

Mate...I appreciate the optimism, but for those who feel the same way you do, it is bordering on insanity. Doing the same thing for 6 years plus and expecting a different outcome. I could tell you how every season will go with Wenger at the helm. For the most part...great start tot he season while the sun shines. Come November, we will have at least 7 first team players + decent (in wenger's eyes backups) injured. We will be around 3rd to 7th come the new year (anomalies include being higher up the table).Injured players coming back in January will be touted "like new signings" hence the lack of any buying. We will struggle through Feb then go on a barnstorming run come mid March when we are in danger of losing out of top 4 but are too far off the top. In the past two years, throw in the odd cup...then rinse repeat.
Mourinho was right (gag me) when he said Wenger is a specialist in failure/afraid to succeed. That is the only explanation for being so pig headed to go into seasons with a lack of adequate cover or steps taken to correct previous seasons' mistakes.
We lost Coquelin and West Brom and Norwich SLICE through the midfield. Our replacements are over the hill players one of home is injured again.

Wenger says sanchez said he was perfect to play is it wengers fault? The player said he wanted to play
By the way Cazorla has also a knee problem
Yea it was Wenger's fault altho I don't blame him, I would have played him too
It's Sanchez's fault for having weak hamstrings.
Alexis looked in a lot of pain when he went off. Wouldn't be surprised if he's gone for 2 or 3 months
Actually amazed we're only two points off top, truly is a poor league.
Management of injuries and being too soft to regular injury prone players is what will kill us.
Alexis looks in pain constantly. Wouldn't read too much in to it. Similarly Ozil looks constantly surprised...doesn't mean you can say he was surprised to score etc..
On the other end of the pitch, Giroud just does not cut it. When he's not scoring, he's doing nothing. Look at our results when Theo has played.
2-0 vs Stoke
0-2 vs Chelsea
5-2 vs Leicester
3-0 vs United
3-0 vs Watford
yep with a full squad mostly
0-2 vs West Ham
2-1 vs Palace
1-0 vs Newcastle
0-0 vs Liverpool
Fully fit squad for these games. 3 goals in 4 with Giroud starting. Go back to last season
0-0 vs Sunderland
1-1 vs United (scored when Theo came on)
0-1 vs Swansea
3-1 vs Hull
0-0 vs Chelsea
That's 4 goals in 5 when Giroud started last season too
you really dont get it do you?
do i have to break it down into babycrumbs for you again
there's a thing called peaks and troughs
all teams go through this in sports
sometimes the team goes through a peak moment
sometimes it goes through a trough
watch when we hit form and when 2/3 games on the trot, there'll be articles from the very same people claiming we can win the title
never have i seen a fanbase that is so reactionary. only goooners.
Godfather - you don't get it do you. Your hero facked up this Summer and we are suffering because of it. You didn't mind waving your willy when we were playing well saying Wenger was vindicated for being the only manager in Europe's 5 major leagues not to sign an outfield player. You are the biggest hypocrite on here.

I could take a comment I made on the old 606 and use it here. In it, I claimed Arsenal needed a DM, physio and sports psychologist. We still needed those coming into the season in one form or another.
Wenger was a complete idiot in not bolstering the squad. Numbers wise, we look good...but the quality is lacking severely. After the first 11, we have Debuchy and Chambers who look terrible in defense, Arteta and Flamini who are over the hill and always injured, Rosicky (is he alive), Campbell (poor quality/lack of belief), Ox who is always gonna be out for 2-3 months a season and Wilshere who is always guaranteed 3-4 months out. That is a total of EIGHT backup players who cannot play when we need them due to injuries or being of poor quality.
So when the inevitable injuries happen to Ramsay and Theo, you have below par replacements (if they are fit). Other players (Cazorla, Giroud) may nt get injured, but you can tell when they are fatigued and should not be on the pitch. Yet every season, we do literally nothing to factor this all in!
I wish Wenger had retired on a high of two FA cups so that we could have taken a punt at Klopp.

There's a thing called repeating the same errors every season and persisting with the same tired methods, thus failing to succeed in the league for the same reasons every year.
Arsenal go through this every year, the problems don't change though, mainly because Wenger doesn't.
Sometimes (very rarely) Arsenal can keep all their best players fit for periods of the season, and therefore have their peak moments then.
Sometimes (very often) Arsenal have an injury crisis crippling the squad and players being run into the ground and thus increasing the injury count further and their results suffer hugely as a result.
Watch when we have the bulk of our best players fully fit again at around March time, then our results will improve - shame it'll be too late to rescue a title challenge.
Never have I seen a Wenger fan who can't recognise his mistakes at all, only Godfather.
Just bad luck. Surely won't have these injuries next season and then we can win the league

20 players weren't needed, cover for Coq was essential, so was another pacey attacker because Theo can never stay fit for long. Having these alone would've seen us win the last 2 games. It isn't rocket science.
