I couldn't see Sturridge doing that myself, could you?

If we are talking an off-the-shoulder front man Sturridge wins it for me, but as an all round player its Kane

He'll be off to a big club eventually

.... if he wants to win trophies

Well Sturridge I could also see playing on the wing and has done in the past but Kane couldn't... so what?

Well it will not be to a club near the relegation zone, so that rules Chelsea out!

We don't do business with you ever, so touchy over the Modric bids.

He will outgrow you eventually like VdV, Modric and Bale did.

Sturridge is a good striker but he's only ever had 1 good season ( mainly thanks to Suarez )

Injuries has stopped him becoming a great striker and a striker I wouldn't want.

Harry often drifts wide and drives inside, so really don't get your point there. He is more than happy to get the ball at feet and take players on, and can whip a great ball in as we saw yesterday.

As a winger in a 4411, no, but Sturridge wouldn't exactly be great there either. As a wide forward in a 4231 or 433? Of course he could.

I like Sturridge a lot, but Kane is a more complete striker. Not many that can be as effective as a 9 as they are as a 10, they are a rare breed.

Van Persie of late, Ted of days gone by. Special players

maybe if you buy him you could avoid a relegation scrap

Ted never had the brute strength of Kane either, he'd never be able to get the ball down and run at players. I don't think he is the most graceful with ball at feet, but he is very hard to shake off it once he has it down.

Refs will catch on to Kane with his elbow attack yesterday.

Getting away with it cause he's English.

Good enough for Barcelona good one.

If Thomas Vermaelen is, anyone has a chance!

To be honest I think he could be a Barca defender all day long, ticks many boxes. Technically excellent, quick across the ground.
