No contest - Family Guy slamdunk.
Both are well past their golden eras. Unlike South Park which is as good as ever imo
Simpsons in the 90s, Family Guy in the 00s

Simpson's first 10 seasons was far better than anything Family Guy.
Both pretty terrible these days.

Rap, You really should give Family Guy a few viewings. Took me a while to get into, but some of it is brilliant.

South Park is so good purely on how quickly they can make it.
Mix topical humour with plain weirdness and great stories.

Simpsons was amazing and the first of its kind, and family guy was amazing and still has some good episodes, but south park, after the controversial stupid comedy and fart humour and swearing of the first few seasons, has just gone from strength to strength, so cleverly written.
Family Guy is only worth it seasons 3-7 tbh. Though there are some great episodes in 8 & 9 too

When Sky first turned up, The Simpsons was one of the reasons people took it up.
Early Simpson's didn't have homer as utterly simple to the point of dysfunctional imbecile. He was more a father to the troublesome Bart. AS the seasons progressed he become a more increasing caricature of himself to the point of it no longer resonating with the typical household.
I would say this also happened with the character Joey out of friends who by the last season was a bumbling imbecile.
