There were many problems today second half. The main problem was that there was no identifying and reacting to them by Pochand the coaching staff. Tired legs were not replaced and protection of the back four to quick, rapid raids were not dealt with. Along with our inability to have much ball retention to control the tempo of the game we became vulnerable and in the end paid the price.
Half of those players didn't play during the week, surely they couldn't have been too tired. If they were then Pochettino should have spotted that and acted swiftly. I'm not a fan of Eriksen playing wide on the left either, he has very little impact out there.
Perhaps our fitness levels are not quite what we have been led to believe.
If they're not, then the squad should be utilised better. Chadli and Bentaleb should have been fit enough for a max of 45 mins.
Carroll didn't offer anything. Just looked like a mascot who forgot to go off after the players shook hands before kick off.
You are being a tad too hard on Carroll. The deficiencies you accuse him of may not have been as apparent if he was carried to a degree by the rest of the team but they were unable to do so. I do agree however that the game management and use of substitutes today was not Pochs finest hour.
I don't think he's a good player and I don't see what he brings to the team. I would have sold him somewhere during the summer.
11 points dropped this season from winning positions, that points to:
- A lack of experience and game management.
- Not having sufficient fitness levels to last the 90 mins.

Your last comment is hitting the nail on the head. This I'm sure will be addressed in time.
As for your above comment re Eriksen playing on the left I have always maintained that he should play in cm just behind Harry and Dembele just behind Eriksen.
It needs to be fixed asap. It's unacceptable to have lost so many points from winning positions considering who most of them have been against:
Stoke (2)
Leicester (2)
Arsenal (2)
West Brom (2)
Newcastle (3)
Blew a 2-goal lead vs Stoke, took a late lead vs Leicester which we held for about 90 seconds and today's farce.
Not all bad news, Soldado scored the winner vs Real
