Jose's bus in Manchester

I honestly think he'd be fine at Utd. Hope he doesn't end up there.

The situation at Chelsea has snowballed, but it doesn't mean for a moment that Mourinho is a bad manager now.

This side of Mourinho is his true side coming out. He's blaming everyone but himself

Read a book excerpt claiming Jose bawled the Special One lost out to the Chosen One Would Depay and Martial develop unde Jose? I can't think of a young player, besides defensive, who have.

If he didn't spend half his time trying to mock other managers (like wenger) people might have a bit more time for him, oddly enough he's not been doing that too much recently

He is a lucky manager with a bad attitude. I wish he go to Utd and fekkks up again. In my eyes, no mercy for such a horrible man. Basically his innerseld is destroying himswlf and his managerial career.

I'd say Robben did quite well.

I doubt Utd are in a position to take another gamble. They would prefer safer option?

Jose is still one of best managers in world. One bad season in his entire career.

Wouldn't take him. Not good enough to justify his baggage. 8/10 coach at best. His attitude ruins what could have been the best coach of an era.

Not good enough for us.

True stretty, but it is really bad now,and although I laugh at clowns doubting his past success,he appears to have lost the chelsea team right now,and that matters.

He is a winner, and as such is an arrogant cocky git,and if only I had an ounce of his success, career wise.

Imo he has lost the dressing room, nevertheless i would love jose at UTD, but the squad would need major investment..

Need to keep rubbung my eyes to see Chelsea near the relegation zone after 16 games ...wowwww

If that had been LVG....

Jose would win silverware at United, Carlo could return to Chelsea and do well, but I reckon Jose will return to Madrid anyway. It would be interesting to see what he would accomplish at United, I think that's something he's always wanted to have a go at, especially to show Fergie what he could accomplish. Anyone going to Chelsea right now is in for it, how about we trade King Louie for Jose?

Is it me or do the Chelsea players look like they're carrying a fair amount of body fat this season.

Why would we want that plank?

Yeah, I'll give Chelsea fans credit for not trying to confront Jose in public despite the team imploding. Swap positions with Arsenal, and poor Wenger would need 24/7 security and several body-doubles (ala Saddam) to even travel to the Emirates.

Chelsea fans love him regardless.. fair play to em

If that had been SAF.. i would be the same. Loyalty.

Not the first time a side has imploded under Murinho. This is basically what happens everywhere he goes, at the end of his reign. Jose's way has been:

Arrive at club.
Spend a bundle and win a trophy.
Anything goes wrong in the squad, just buy another top player to fix the problem and win another trophy.
Get to point where team HAS to be managed to get results and he can't buy his way out of trouble.
LEAVE CLUB!

It's one of the things that really bugs me about people hailing him one of the "greatest" managers. When you look at the amount of transfer money he has spent over the years, the success is underwhelming to say the least. For that much money any manager could be hugely successful, because it's not difficult to win things with all the best players money can buy.

But what shows him up as a poor manager is his inability to achieve anything other than average results and bitterness, poor sportsmanship and animosity. As soon as the cash tap gets switched off. There are plenty of people in all sorts of walks of life whom, due to other factors, have excelled at their jobs in spite of not actually being that good at them. Murinho is a perfect example of this. Because take away the money and this is what you're left with. That isn't greatness.

God forbid Utd or City be desperate enough. Their budgets would mean he'd buy some more success and again be being hailed great. Much prefer him being shown up for the poor "Manager" he has become. His chance at being a great was lost a long time ago. like so many other things in football, the money has ruined him/it.

I don't like Mourinho, but to call hims success lucky is quite simply,...... pathetic in the extreme.

I think "Lucky" is the wrong term. But then "Great" is just as absurd. I mean can someone please tell me why everyone acts as though the titles he's won doing nothing but spending a big fat pile of money (so most of them) is seen in awe by so many?

Hands up, he was the management man at Porto. But since then he's spent well over a Billion pounds on players for his title winning side. Exactly what is so impressive about that? Give me 500 million and I could win you a league title. Jeez, it's hardly difficult to do with an unlimited budget.

I could understand if he stayed at clubs when the money was tight and still won titles. But turn off his cash or have no "Fix" player available and the titles dry up immediately. He could spend last season and Chelsea won the title. FFP prevented them spanking loads this summer and what do you know, look where they are now. Nothing "Great" about that fact nor the man behind it. Average manager at best, it's the unlimited budgets that won the titles, not the man (barr Porto of course). And what we're seeing at Chelsea currently proves that.

This is my opinion, chelsea fans are patient with him because chelsea have won few major trophies in recent past. We Arsenal fans hvent won much in recent past under Wenger and hence the frustration.
