what i find amusing about the biased england selection. You can question if james taylor is upto test cricket..But how he doesnt get selected in the odi is a joke.i will tell you why it is.. Its because Morgan gets a say in the selection and hes kissing his own arse..because he knows Taylor will put his position under pressure. Thats fine he scores run himself. But he doesnt.

How i would solve the problem?? it probably wont work but you may aswell go back to Moeen opening in the odis.. Hes likely to score more that Roy.. and hes wasted at number 7/8. Thats if you wanna keep Morgan in the team..

It would have been 5-0 if you'd have had your way and Donald, Pollock and Kallis were still playing...

That's a stunning Saffers come back... The tests could have been so so different if it weren't for key Saffers bowlers being injured. England got away with it in some respects. But a cracking odi series.

Ah well, we won the test series which is the one that matters and got narrowly beat in the odi which we should have won.

Odi pointless anyway it's years until the next World Cup.

T20s more important for confidence.

Afridi England won the test because we bowled out SA best batting line up they could possibly have,

England, true England bowling was top notch. But I think cook and root apart, that England top and middle order was there for the taking had Saffers had the steyns of this world... Not saying Saffers would have won. Saying it would have been set up for a cracking test series with equally matching bowling attacks

Steyn and Philander would have taken the england batters apart though.

It was well know that SA betters were in some shocking form after the series against India. If the series was played a month later i would think SA would have beaten. Least SA have sorted out a few issues ie Wicket Keeper, Opener and Rabada looks a great find.

Elgar, Cook, Amla, AB, Du Plessis/Duminy, De Kock, Steyn, Philander, Rabada/Abbot, Morkal, Piedt.

Would have been a much better series if they played this line up instesd of the cannon fodder they did.

Just remember if England lost Broad, Anderson and Finn (Steyn, Phil, Abbot) you would have been left with Woakes, Jordan and Wood which would have been comical.

BOSS just can't accept that England are a better test team than South Africa, even though we just proved it.

Boss conveniently forgets that we lost Finn And Anderson to injury and that broad was injured/I'll for one of three innings like Abbott was.

More excuses than the Pistorious trial, has that lad.

Boss will have to get use to SA without Amla/Deviliers Steyn pretty soon.. Looking at their batting and follow up bowlers doesnt look great at the moment..

Just a bit of tinkering needed to the odi team. Open with willey like he does for his county. Makes room then for Taylor or vince in the middle order or both if morgan is dropped. Get finn back in or plunkett. Massive improvement since the world cup.

I watched a few minutes off it.(dont watch 20/20 as a rule). not posted on here.. because its the same old crap from england headless chickens. where Morgan gets caught in the same position as always..
no matter how Eoin Morgan covers it up.. if England lose today that 4 odi defeats in a row. and hhe hasnt scored a run.
