What else is the fridge for?
This is getting more like the Arro apreciation society!
However well done Arro to see what many of us could see but not believe!!
Thought Kante was up against a very strong Barkley and tough Everton midfield. Second half he got more involved. Morgan was again brilliant and I go on record as questioning his premier league qualities well done Wes.
Fuchs was again awsome. Wasser and Kingy adopted well. Ocki took his goal really well.
I am on cloud 9. For all those Foxes fans that have doubted.... we are the team we have always dreamed of !!!
What is most telling for me is that we go into the next few games expecting a result of some sort. This time last year, we would have written those off as dead cert losses.
I have never known a season like it, optimism about our team that surpasses even the glory years of MON.
Long may it continue.
Arro i love your enthusiasm deluded or not. The only think i ever have issue with is your devaluing of any team we play.
Everton where our hardest challenge to date apart from Arsenal and we rode our luck and won.
You still won't find me thinking its a given we will beat or draw against Liverpool.
But to be top almost halfway through the season with only one defeat getting our goal difference back on track and playing with love and style is the best Christmas i have had for 45 years.
Up the foxes and lets all bask in the glory.
Happy Christmas from the sand pit
Hugs
You criticise me for devaluing them but I'm justified because they're not beating us, we're beating them!
Maybe you devalue Leicester because you're used to the bad old days when things went Pete Tong or you overrate other teams because they're bigger clubs? I don't know but I'm valuing teams on face value, you don't seem to be!
I judge purely on football and I knew United, Chelsea and Everton wouldn't beat us and I was absolutely justified for saying it!
So your saying that Clough wasn't up to the same standard of Claudio, or Harry Cane was no good and the list goes on i am not going to argue with you because you will keep moving the goal posts.
As for your stupid comment about my past and for that ever other LCFC fan. I am like most of just enjoying this and quietly hoping for this miracle.
I know your massive Sunday football premiership wining history means that you are the football pundit of this board. But some of on here like most of the teams we play against and have respect for them and their players. The same way we have for our former ! rivals forest for what they achieved all those years ago.
So will Liverpool get the same treatment will they beat us and if so why?
And before you say anything LCFC where their bogie team in the 80's and i loved a trip to Anfield. Would that jaundice my opinion ?
No I don't think Liverpool will beat us.
I understand their mentality and I understand their team spirit. We were also a team like Leicester coming from the lower leagues in our inception to the top league, playing against players a step up in quality because it was all Senior League/Mid Combination/Unibond and our players were all District League apart from me and one other lad.
When my old man asked me if we'd beat Swansea, I thought about when I was playing in that team and we expected to win, it didn't matter where or who we played. We were playing against better players, no doubt about that but we believed we'd beat them and so I said "yeah I think we will. We're better than them and the players know that. We'll win comfortably.
Football is a lot about mindset and I understand what they're experiencing. The level is irrelevant because it's all relative. Football is football and I get it!
I agree i don't think there is any sence of fear given what they acheived last season and carried on till know.
The surprise has gone Everton got as near as anyone has of stopping us,well being us.
Everyone has played once will now have another go with more information on how to play us. Its just can they.
For me i only know i will be disappointed if we lose does that mean i expect us to win Yes because thats we have been doing. Its emotionally very confusing making any prediction.
As you say its gone past form but look at Bournmouth Spurs and Palace and even Norwich yesterday
All the big clubs are going to lose points and that might just be enough for us to make it into the Champion league omg i said it.
There you go Nev congrats mate 👍😂
What this team have in addition to their ability is the factor that will make the difference. Their friendship and belief is what makes them so special and thats not going to change.
What they have is unique in football and the results are there for everyone to see, just some, not aimed at anyone in particular, don't understand. I know it was only Sunday football but it was a good level and we all grew up with each other and were mates in and off the pitch and we fought for each other and that's why we were successful. Ive played at a lot of clubs with better players but not had the same enjoyment or success and from what I can see, Leicester have what we had and are doing it at PL level.
They'll believe they can win at Liverpool and don't be surprised if they do 😉
