I think Emre Can will be a future leader and maybe captain. He is still young, powerful and improving player on the pitch.
The more Emre Can's in our team the better. He clearly has a winners mentality, but you're right when you say future leader, but not just yet.
I agree. We have mental as well as on the pitch issues. Switching tactics and formations only gets us temporary relief. Its what Rodgers used to do, switch formations from and to diamond and fly for a few games before we are figured out and back where we started. Its time to invest in a particular style that works even when the opposition know exactly how we are going to play. All the successful teams have that.
There may be teething problems but short term pain for long term gain should be the mantra.
I cant see Henderson lasting long as Klopp's skipper. He's one of the first to put his head down when things are going bad. I think we should stick Milner for the time being.

Henderson was a terrible choice of captain. I did not see him once try to raise the players spirits on Sunday. He must be good on the training ground as why else would we pick him as captain?
Who would you like to be seen brought in as a good potential leader for the team?
I'd love the likes of Hummels, but I think someone like Howedes might be more realistic.
Disagree on Henderson think he's good captain material and tries to lift the players around him on the pitch.
the reaction to last few games has been way OTT, not sure what fans expected to happen with a new manager in a new league, mid season with a deflated squad.
Henderson was too busy giving the linesman the Diego Costa look. I did not see him try and lift the side. A few incident as an example where he was absent.
Ake goal when he took ball out of keepers hand. He should be in the refs face but left Bogdan to complain on his own.
When Moreno made a late challenge in first hald and Watford players were trying to get him sent off. Hendo again no where to be seen.
All fair points Kash but you can't dismiss Jordan as a captain based on a look at a lines man, Watford was s**t but it's only a game, if this was a common occurrence from Henderson OK but it's not, he's constantly talking to players on the pitch, trying to cajole those around him and always comes across well when speaking.
Have a read of this, decent read on us having to be patient right now

at last somebody with common sense
I suggest we at least play two holding midfielders away from home to give better cover to the back 5. Like at Chelsea where it worked a treat.
I like Hendo as captain, I do think vice captain should have been Lucas though.
I couldn't help but notice Hendersons attitude come body language at Watford. It seemed at times he'd lost all focus on the game and was looking for confrontation with anyone. At present he is simply not captain material. There was no calming influence from him - at times, the complete opposite - and it affected his game, badly.
captain in the current squad? two choices, each of whom I've noticed barking out orders to others.
Lovren or Sakho. Take your pick.

Yep he is captain by default. There is simply no one else. Milner is rubbish. Klopp will buy a leader maybe a german centre half as captain
