Not at any point have the club asked to 'fund'
Just last year our Joe was pressing the club to move forward with plans. But you would know this.
Talks are in progress with prospective buyers who would prefer council assistance regenerating the current site. This means infrastructure and not funding for the work
Where are the direct quotes?
That's just what I was going to ask you
Doesn't regeneration and infrastructure cost money (funds).
So what you're saying is that Everton are asking Liverpool council to fund the regeneration of the area and infrastructure part of the stadium development?
So I was right then?
Thanks for confirming it.
Seeing as most of the general public in liverpool are blues the council should be helping us out! What its got to do with the rs is bemusing though, your shed is being extended as we speak 😃
I'm sure you can find a quote on that
You sure the club should fund regeneration/infrastructure/housing and sports/schools

Calm down yeah yeah.
I know it must be tough to take being 11th with all the world class players Everton have, but there's still a way to go in the season
Sorry but i lost any little bit of banter respect i had for you when you threw me off the watford game match thread-now firmly in the 'dish it out but cant take it' category champ 😣

He likes you so much he has to block you
To be fair when ighalo slammed the 3rd in he was about to cry 😢😃
A bit of banter never hurts, but most sides are touchy with match threads. Imagine the reaction you would have got if you were with them at the game?

I seem to remember asking you to provide direct quotes where a member of Everton FC has said they don't want Liverpool council to fund any of the new stadium. After all it was you who said you didn't need a council stadium so it's up to you to prove that's what the club have said.
That's not how it works Glenghis, if you have made the accusation that we are looking for the council to build the stadium for us you need to provide a direct quote where someone from the club are saying we want the council to front up money for the ground. Not the roads, the schools, etc, but the ground. I don't think you've done that yet have you?

Probably the way you felt after world class Stones conceded that penalty to Arnautovic.

Let's not talk about that
It was a great tackle by stones neo! The last two of our home games have completely bent my head-just left the ground in disbelief 😦

Don't let him drag you down to his level. It's clear he has no unserstanding of it. Unless he has a direct quote

Mr Anderson said the area around the proposed site was one that "requires substantial investment and this project could bring this in a unique form".
I wonder when big Joe said this. Sounds like he wants someone to pay for it

Why? You can blitz teams in attack but means nothing if you can't defend. Trust me, we saw it countless times under Rodgers.
