I remember that one.
BBC saturday night horror double in the early 80s methinks.
Cannot remember the name, sure it was set in Aussie land though.

I once paid good money to see a film called Nightwing, about rabid vampire bats (not one of the great David Warners' finest moments ) . Jeez, the "short" before it was a lot more scary and compelling.

The rabbit one was in Canada ??

I only remember a scene where they find someone who has been mashed up. No chew mark SFX etc, just a guy who had a big bucket of red paint thrown over him. <big budget>
