If that was Man Utd they would have said possession but no chances or say about the shots on target being only 2. Spurs media bias is incredible. Spurs barely created a big chance all half, only created 1 big chance and they scored. The others were shoot on site and hope for the best. There is a reason why spurs have so many shots and don't score with many of them as they are more hit and hope. Everton looked dangerous a couple of times they broke. If Everton press slightly better then there are goals for them.
I think that goal was Spurs 1st shot inside the box that wasn't blocked
I bet you wished United were so lucky with the hot and hope tactic Spurs use
To be fair I just hope Spurs don't win today

Glad to see Barkley turn up for the second half, should have won in the end
And another one bites the dust.
Keep it up Big Boy.
You truly are wonderful. Arouna, The gift that keeps on giving. MMMWaahh. xx.
Why do you keep insulting me, you have some sort of issue and I will just edit the attacks you put here

I like Coleman but he paused his run for the goal. Anyone who says Martinez is still the man for us is quite simply off his or her rocker. Roberto stop with the phenomenal, exciting etc! please stop with the pass pass pass out from the back. Our goal came from mixing it up but then we went back to playing in our own half in the first session. Second session we showed what we are made of by pressing in the opposition half. After match interview, apparently will be no selling of our big players (Mirallas and Naismith are not big players) and there is no one out there in the transfer window that can improve our Squad (McGeady, Kone, Howard).
Overall a good game of football to watch, although half time came at the right time to give my heart a rest (and a beer). If only we can start games like we finish them. We are though under achieving under this fraud and now even the pundits and commentators are mentioning it.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Mirallas and Naismith exit in January. Not that Naisnith being out of the squad is an indication of that.
It's smart to say you are not interested in January, sure lots of agents will be in contact and if the right players are available then a move would be made.
Our own fans don't help matters, Howard and Kone coming in for abuse. I remember when it was Naismith who was the target, I guess everyone has an opinion

It's been said that Celtic would be interested in McGeady.
I will pay for McGeady's taxi myself and if Roberto wants to accompany him even better. Remember the list 1. I will get you Champions League etc! 11th last season currently sitting 11th this season and all that with the best Squad since the 80's.

last 6 years under Moyes. 5,5,8,7,7,6. Mr Martinez 5 (Team still on residual Moyes Memory), 11, currently 11. I wonder if Mr Martinez looks at the stats.
Well that was why Moyes was stolen away by United.
Fans were very happy to sing Bobbys name and claim the school of science reopened. I have said before the only man I would like to get the job would be Howe, but would he dish up more of the same?
Thanks to Everton for making Spurs drop 4 points. Now another 3 points against Everton will help
Arouna which team impressed you more Tottenham Hotspur at your place or us?
Garth Crooks Team of the Week. Saying in effect Spurs should have won and Alli best player on the park. What about Del Boy, Besic, Barkley. Carragher also compared Alli to Barkley saying Alli played better. Load of gumph from ex-professional players. For a start Barkley played as a deep No 10 (because numpty played Kone in Allis role) Alli played as either main or supporting striker. Spurs had a v good first half but Everton had a v good second half and both teams could justifiably claim they should have won it. That peach of a whipped in cross from Del Boy missed Lukaku's head by an inch, otherwise that was straight in the back of the net.
I guess Besic will be a fans favourite now?
His first few starts under Martinez saw him panned by the home fans.
Now a decent sub run and a decent strike and people are calling for him to start. Will be interesting to see what Martinez does, he made the change at HT to match Spurs in MF, so will possibly need to do same again on Wednesday.
Answer the question please Arouna. Which "HOWE" are
you referring to when you said"the only man i would like to get the job would be Howe"..Above.????
How many managers called Howe are currently managing?
Then you can come to your own conclusion.
Moyes brought stability but we never kicked on. Now I know we finished 11 last season (we finished low in the league in Moyes first few seasons also),and this season isn't going to plan, but, and this is a big but,if Martinez can sort out the defensive side to our game I really do think we can kick on,because the football we're playing now is the best I've seen in years.
