Best to refer back to the minutes from the last Fan's Parliament Meeting.
And then realise that what has happened since demonstrates that whatever comes out of his mouth cannot be trusted to be remotely true.
Same with all the declarations of intent since the day that they sacked Mick.
Bunch of duplicitous snakes.
if i follow wolves on condition that i trust the board i would have stopped going in the early 60s
Nice word, "duplicitous", Unc.
Thing is, we are looking for a new owner, but a lot of other clubs are too, with many looking for much longer than we have.
I think we need to wait until the end of Jan before slagging the club for not spending the Afobe windfall.
Nothing new about a lot of supporters feeling negative about Wolves, but it is unusual for that to be the case on the back of three straight league wins. We don't need to be much above average to sneak into the play off positions so two or three good signings this month could get us there.
Have to say when things aren't going well or if I don't like the direction the club are going, I don't like it but I wouldn't stop turning up
Becoming victims of their own spin now, you spin too many lies you eventually begin to trip yourself up.

I remember you telling me that you didn't get all the negativity towards Jez, when I said I think we need to move on from him in the summer. I also got told by you, Wolfie and Perton that I was wrong for saying that I think the club don't tell the whole truth and make ambiguous statements so they can't be held to things at one point too (can't quite remember what that was after).
Now you are telling everyone that the clun has lied, puts a spin on everything etc. because you don't like the manager and a player who can't do anything wrong in your eyes has left. This in spite of the statements from Afobe, the club and Jackett all matching.
I wish we had some consistency on here.
Plenty of consistency.
I have said for a long time that I wish Kenny would shut up talking, even when I felt he was doing a great job otherwise, because he makes himself look silly with all the contradictions.
Jez? Jez is doing his job and does it well for the most part as far as I can tell, he is a spin master, and spins it very well mostly, but there are certainly holes in recent tales.
Business as usual........circumstances have changed
Why can't it be business as usual and circumstances have changed?
The club is still running on a day-to-day basis like it always have. However, the team is performing worse than expected, Afobe has requested to leave and has not been performing as well has he did the previous season, the money presents a chance to invest back into the squad etc.
If we were in the top six, Afobe wouldn't have been sold. We are not in the top six, don't look like making the top six, so something in the team needed to change. Therefore, circumstances have changed. The club is being run the same as it always has, therefore it is business as usual.
You are desperately clinging to phrases and words taken out of context and putting your own interpretation on them.
Business as usual means nothing has changed.
Then when it suits they trot out 'circumstances have changed'.
How about 'we won't be selling any strikers this season?
Wasn't a lie either was it?
Defend away all you like tam, the club is pulling the wool over the fans eyes and that is why they are voting with their feet.
Cinci, I'm sure you realise the club will always try and protect their assets, if spin is needed to do that, then so be it !
If pieman had come out and said BA wants out then he would have started a bidding war. He didn't
Circumstances have changed ? .......you loved KJ in the summer .....yes ?
Circumstances have definitely changed in that regard halfy
The club aren't pulling the wool over fans eyes. They are not investing and not performing, which is why fans are voting with their feet. It has nothing to do with being lied to, unless you are looking for something to cling on to, as you live in denial that the player you have built up to be perfect has requested to leave for a lot more money.
Haven't got a problem with Benik leaving in any way, shape or form, the business makes sense.
But they did say we were going for promotion and will be keeping our strikers and it is business as usual.
None of that is true.
They haven't said we are not going for promotion or at least the play-offs (although it is unlikely we will make it).
However, circumstances have changed and they may now feel that we are best placed to sell Afobe and use the money to re-invest. As you agree with that, why are you so upset about it. Are the club not allowed to adapt to a situation and must keep on the same path regardless of whether it is working?
I am not upset about the sale of Afobe though it is sad that we have to lose good players.
Guess we shall see tam, if we invest about 5 or 6 million this window then fair play to the club, but if it is only about 2 million, which it no doubt would have been had we kept Afobe, then questions will be asked.
I don't think we would have invested £2 million had we kept Afobe. Not unless we were in the running for the top 2.
would rather the club spent carefully on players that will add quality rather than blow it all in this window just to suit the doubters
I agree Wolfgang, but we all know that fans won't have the patience for the club to spend carefully. There will be a backlash from certain sections if we don't spend this window, regardless of what the plans are in the summer.

So we don't really need to strengthen then?
I think the 'doubters', of which you were one last week just want to see a reasonable squad, some experience at the back and at least one senior option up front next Saturday other than siggy.
A bamford would be nice for example, but I think we all expect it will be a gamble from the lower leagues.

He didn't say that did he? He said he would rather the club spent the money to make us a better team over this window and the summer, than spend it all now on players that won't improve us or will flop.
Perfectly reasonable.
So exactly what I want then?
Only I see bamford(as does wolfgang) as the type to go after, presumably by careful you mean a lower league striker and a deadline day defender, or maybe you actually mean exactly what I mean?
Amazed how you can be happy with what we are seeing tam, we 'could' comfortably aim for the play offs this season in what is a poor division but our squad is a shambles.
Who said I was happy with how this season has gone?
I dunno?
Any hint of anger I display you shoot down as silly and argue with me.
Personally I am feckin angry as hell with the crap I am seeing and how the club is currently being run and how our chairman spat his dummy and wants out.
Oh and I know you wanted pretty much what Wolfgang said, which is why I didn't get your first line.
