The "War on Drugs" isn't a war on drugs but a war on class.
Doesn't matter what race you are if you're poor the "War" is designed to keep you down.
For example the prison sentences for gettign caught with crack cocaine is 3 times as severe as it is for powder cocaine. Why? Because crack is a poor mans drug and powder is a rich mans drug.
So if a poor black/Latino kid is caught with a few grams of crack he get's up to 30 years in prison! If a rich white kid is caught with the same amount of powder he usually escapes prison.
It's all designed to keep a class down, watch "The House I live in" a documentary on Netflix by David Simon who created the Wire, it's a real eye opener.
-----
Will do knee. What would be the motive for waging a war on class? Remember black people are poorer on average and it can be argued that the few poor white people are just caught in the dragnet as an unavoidable repercussions of the racism?

Always disliked the term "african-american", I mean wtf does it mean? What is wrong with just black people or black Americans? If you're going to talk about people based on their skin colour, then speak about people based on their skin colour not some imagined affinity to a continent 3000 miles away.
------
Very few 'black' people are actually black. We are all just different shades of brown so if we are basing it on colour they should be called brown people or chocolate people.
Also, most chocolate people are very proud of their heritage and link with the motherland. I don't see how it's an imagined link, it's a very strong link.

Chocolate? What the feck is 'chocolate people'?

-Five times as many white folks use drugs as black folks
-African-Americans are sent to prison for drug offenses at 10 times the rate of White Americans.
Statistics can be misleading. I would bet that the majority of people convicted for drugs offences are dealers. So all this tells you is that more black people are drug dealers than white people
------
Nobben that state refers to people arrested over the drugs. Black people are sent to jail more often. The argument is that a black man caught with powder cocaine would still get a tougher time that a white guy caught with the same.
Why are more black people dealing drugs than white people in your opinion?

"Black people are sent to jail more often."

Yes, because dealing is dealt with more seriously than possession. You are twisting the stats to make an argument.

More black people deal drugs as they are (in the main) poorer so look to crime as a means of earning money.

Statistics
I read that 15% of deaths on British roads are caused by drunken drivers, that means that 85% are caused by sober drivers. Draw your own conclusions
-----
The conclusion is that 85% of accidents are caused by reasons other than drunkenness while 15% are caused by drunkenness.

Also 10% of women admit to having been treated for mental illness, which is fooking scary, it means that 90% are roaming amongst us untreated

No black man has grown to adulthood without suffering the pain of racist discrimination
----------------------
How can this even be measured?
=====
Perhaps by using a sample size and extrapolating the result

-Five times as many white folks use drugs as black folks
-African-Americans are sent to prison for drug offenses at 10 times the rate of White Americans.
--------------------------
And it seems White folk are better at not getting caught
------
Or its easier for them to not get caught because everyone's eyes are on the black folk. While 85% of black people were stopped by police in NY, only 8% of white people were stopped. If I was a trafficker I think I'd use white folk only as less of the merchandise would be impounded.

To be fair, within 'dark' you need to also specify the varying degrees of cocoa solids too. This could be quite a broad scale in the end. Will there be a colour swatch to determine each person's particular scale?

"While 85% of black people were stopped by police in NY"

If that's true, it's an outrage. But I suspect it's not true. There aren't enough cops to do that, surely - the population of NYC is ~8.5 million, and of that about 25% are black. That is some busy cops. I call shenanigans.

Not really. At least I provide stats. What stats do you have to back this statement up? Rather use a stat than something pulled out your arris, no?
More black people deal drugs as they are (in the main) poorer so look to crime as a means of earning money.
------
You didn't answer the question. Why do you think more black people deal drugs? Why are they poorer and why do they turn to crime?

You are victimised if you are gay.

You are victimised if you have mental issues.

Yes. Do you know the colour black? Ever seen anyone of that complexion? I was just theorising that there aren't any really black people if you want to apply strict meanings.
