We tend not to leave much space behind our back 4 so Long and Manè don't worry me too much.

I'm going for a 0-0.

Fantastic chance against a very inconsistent southampton side.

Things are starting to look good, football is getting better and better each week and the results are coming too. No signs of "parking the bus" in our last three games, where we have come out and had a right go

Fingers crossed the Saido siruation can be sorted out, we can reinvest in a couple of players and we can get better

Should never have sold Shane Long for a pittance to 'ull. Wish Sulko would feck off ASAP so we can get some enthusiastic players in. Spose no bagger will risk the twot now.

When Albion opened up new contract talks with Shane Long, he was reported to want £50,000 a week. Steve Bruce obviously gave him something approximating that but it wasn't long before Shane was off again, and I do wonder why, and why he signed for Hull in the first place.

If we defend properly at Southampton, there's nothing to fear. Agree with all three of your points.

#wba Tony Pulis confirms Morrison misses game at Southampton. Olsson a doubt while a decision on who's in goal will be made tomorrow

...........................

Why would he drop Myhill? Far fitter and in great form.

Agreed about Boaz.

Ben should get another game v's Brizzle on Tues.

Myhill every time. Ben - you've got your work cut out to get back.
Southampton is not one of our better grounds.Cannot see us doing better than a draw and that will be tough.

I went to the 3-0 win we had there a few seasons ago. Shane Long scored for us that day. It was great stuff. Another 3-0 to us, please!

I was there to Aries.

Fortunè, Lukaku and Long smashed 'em that day.

Yet another really soft 50/50 penalty given against Albion!

You cant get anywhere with luck (or the referees) against you.

Midland 20 - yeah, and Craig Gardner took a kick in his midriff but nothing given.

Poor half for us.

After recent good performances, it was always going to happen soon.

Rather get it out our system now than Bristol or Villa games next week.

Oh well, that pays us back for the 3-0 we had there a couple of years ago.

Ended up getting some late tickets for this as I hadn't been to Southampton before. After a couple of minutes I wished I hadn't. Not a lot to say other than Southampton just looked better than us. I know there isn't much in the league positions but teams like Southampton and Everton have much deeper squads than us and it might begin to show as we looked tired. Injuries mounting as well.

Can't see how we can change things in January if Berahino is staying. We'll just have to ride it out until the end of the season.

Big week ahead.
