----------------------------------------------------------------------
They will lose out on him to PSG most likely if they dont. Depends how much Zidane does actually want to sign him
They'll just have to make do with Bale, Ronaldo, James and Isco then. Poor Madrid.
Sell. He so obviously doesn't want to be at the club anymore. Hopefully we milk Real or whoever buys him for all we can get.
I have to say i think chelsea fans are beig a bit quick in wanting hazard gone
I know the love for mourinho is big but it must be noted that he can run players into the ground a little and it takes a bit for some to recover
Hazard had a great season for you and is looking not quite the player he was, might be worth getting behind him and letting him ''rest'' this season and he comes back the next season with a vengeance
I personally see your biggest worry as getting a striker, I honestly believe Remy is your best striker currently and not Costa
What would cash in be for Chelsea do you think? How much is Hazard worth?
Personally I think if Chelsea were able to get Isco and some cash it might be a good deal. I know swap deal rarely happen btw, but theoretically.
Personally I really like Hazard, when he's on form he terrorises defences. Wonderful balance, fantastic touch and brilliant with the ball at his feet.
He also appears stroppy as hell though and plays when he wants. That might be a touch unfair but he has such ability that last season should almost be seen as standard for him.
Presuming they appeal they should have the summer to buy in players. If they want Hazard we have leverage to hold out for a big fee.
If Hazard had a decent season this year we could have been onto a record breaker.
Also means we wont be signing anyone from Athletico presumably. Especially with Griezmans new buy out clause.
I heard if they appeal it'll be thrown out anyway and they won't be able to sign players in the summer.
Barcas took it to the CAS and it didnt come into effect for 9 months.
Maybe with the precedent over Barcelona it wont take that long but it would have to be resolved by June 1st for the ban to effect the summer window.

It doesn't have anything to do with Mourinho in my opinion.
Hazard just looks like he doesn't want to be here anymore. Maybe he was denied a big move to Real or PSG last summer. It would certainly explain the strop he's been in all season.

Foxx some good points but also though CFC was always a stepping stone. In my opinion anyways. I agree with everything you say and would love a fully fit fully firing Hazard back and happy to play for us. But like so many world class players they set their hearts in Spain. Ok wouldnt surprise if he left and returned a few years later like i expect bale will do, and like cesc done. he needs it out his system i feel.
Yep that could be the case. Guess we'll have to see whether they'll appeal.
did Mourinho break Hazard?
i think its fair to say that once Jose has a team winning he tends to stick with pretty much the same 11 on a regular basis.
last season you won the league with pretty much the same team every week bar one or two little injuries.
could it be that by doing this Jose ran too many players into the ground and they are only now starting to revover from what would have been a tough season?

Madrid are always looking to buy the next big thing at the expense of established players
True but they don't need to buy, which was my point.
Yeah but my point was that if they do want him they need to buy him now.
I think thats what the OP meant too but maybe he thinks they wont want to cope without 4 transfer windows. I agree with the players they have they'd be fine
It's only gonna be two transfer windows isn't it?
I think they can wait a season. Hazard won't go anywhere this January.
two years 4 transfer windows i thought?
With Haz i'd wait until they are able to sign him because if PSG are the only buyer the price could be significantly less
NO !!
not if we can help it great player needs keeping at all costs
No it's two transfer windows not two years.

Guus says one of his previous jobs was as a builder and he checked the tunnel out, and saw no proper damage caused by Diego Costa. #CFC
Just means he's here for one more year and can start putting in some fecking performances now then. Wengie seems to think the ban will be overturned though

If I thought for a second that Hazard wanted to stay at the club I'd be in agreement with you but his performances, demeanour, body language etc all seem to indicate that he'd rather be anywhere else.
As I said before I'm starting to suspect he was denied a move away from the club last summer. It would explain so much.
