Everton are just quicker than we are. Mikel, Matic, Fabregas, Terry, Ivanovic - we just have too many slow players.

We haven't created one chance - I don't know what you saw when you said we are in total control. We are so slow and ponderous in our build up - there is no chance we'll score like this. Mikel and Matic both get the ball, and play it slowly from side to side. Fabregas lopes slowly around in front of them. And when Everton get the ball they move it quickly and dart between the lines. It's just a matter of time before they break through - they look dangerous.

I think that's a bit harsh - Just Shoot. The players do try. There are just too many slow players, so we look ponderous. Maybe Ramires should be used instead of either Mikel or Matic. His passing is poor, but at least he would add speed. Baba instead of Ivanovic? Oscar instead of Fabregas? My grandma instead of Pedro?

Oscar? Speed aint everything and Cesc has been a huge improvement as a no10
