Palin has a most annoying shrill voice.....alongside the hair of Trump, it is scary TV😬

Have faith in the majority of us inbetween Trump racism and extremist political islamism.
The lunatic fringe must never take over the asylum.
I would like to think that common sense will prevail in the US but I've met a lot of yanks over the years, and .........
Hard to believe isn't it really.
As you say you'd hope that common sense will prevail but his support continues to grow and grow.
Lord help us, Donald Trump ffs
Harry
I know what you mean, and as someone who often defends the west and US of A, some yanks are planks, end of.
We can't all be perfect, I guess.
Koo
I think Trump has a fanbase with limited numbers, and the land of the free is not daft.
He would be a bad joke as a leader of a world power, and so the people will reject him.
In France the NF or FN were meant to sweep to power, but they failed.
Samw with Trump, imo.
Trump appeals to ukip type voters, who think he is anti-poltician, but he is a billionare hustler, usin race and religion to get coverage for his ego trip.
Look at his barnett, ffs😃
To be fair to Yeah Yeah, he raised some decent points. His quotes from Islamic texts were interesting and I take the points made by those defending them that they are largely down to interpretation.
The problem with interpretation is sooner or later some nut job will put a dangerous radical interpretation on it. This not solely an Islamic problem as some of Trump's followers have demonstrated but there is certainly a perception of it being an Islamic problem only, in the Western media.
I can appreciate why many UK based Muslims may feel like a persecuted minority at the moment but I personally would like to see alot more of their spokesmen being more vocal in their condemnation of the radicals, rather than simply pointing to the failings of Western foreign policy.
I'm sure I will be roundly condemned for this point of view but last time I checked free speech was still just about allowed.
Harry
You are entitled to your say, as is yeah yeah, and he could have said the sky is blue at one stage, and been slapped down.
Some of the guys having a go do align themselves with a particular worldview, but they are free to do so too.
We all defend our corner, and I am as guilty as the rest.
The majority of posters do seem to be from a left wing standpoint, and I have found some on the left to be as right wing as any tory, lol.
There is a British trait that castigates everything British, whilst seeing only good elsewhere, and so Corbyn has friends in hamas and sinn fein pira, but like Galloway, appears to despise this country and our culture/ traditions.
It does now feel that christianity is fair game, whereas islam can not be discussed, never mind queried.
Homophobia among christians is almost gone, but this is glossed over by posters, who try to equate homophobia among many muslims, possibly a majority, with the westsviews on gay people.
The racists and far right have ruined debate, and now any discussion of islam, radicalization or immigation is labelled racist islamophobia.
It is better to be unpopular for what you believe in, than popular for pretending to be something you are not, imo

Amen, or should that be inshallah?
I'll leave you to ponder that as it's time I hit the sack.
Good night
Homophobia has chuff all to do with Islam or Christianity, it's to do with people. Like most things in life, some people are homophobes, some of those people are muslims and some of them are christians the rest are neither muslim or christian.

And you are free to say so, but when other people, not only mr yeah, say anti-religous things, some folk get all fanatical.
I am from a christian background, so tolerate criticism and diversity😀
No need to be religious to tolerate criticism and diversity. That is called being a good person.
Cef
I agree, and I think you know my point is, the vast majority of christians are tolerant and do not take criticism of religion as an attack on them.
United we win took comments against religion as an assault on islam and muslim people of faith.
Does that clarify my post?

Yeah yeah asked united we win if he regarded non muslim people as equals, and did not get a reply?
How do muslim people view the rest of us, and is islam right, and all others wrong?
